چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف از اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ ﺑﺮرﺳــﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ زﯾﺮﺳــﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴــﺎﻧﯽ و ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳــﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش ﺷــﻬﺮﺳــﺘﺎن ﺑﺠﻨﻮرد ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷــﺪ. ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿــﺮ از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ، ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴــﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷــﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از دو ﭘﺮﺳــﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ زﯾﺮﺳــﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴــﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻘﯿﻤﯽ و ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳــﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﮐﻮرﻧﻮال و ﭘﺮﻟﻤﻦ ﺑﺮاي 351 ﻧﻔﺮ)187 ﻣﺮد و 164زن( ﮐﻪ از ﻣﺠﻤﻮع 3970 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷـﺪه ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎ داراي رواﯾﯽ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﯽ و ﻫﻤﮕﺮا ﺑﻮده و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﺎ اﺳــﺘﻔﺎده از ﺿــﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ 0/89 و 0/79 ﻣﺤﺎﺳــﺒﻪ ﺷــﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺮﻣﺎل ﺑﻮدن داده ﻫـ ﺎ ﺑﺎ ﻋﻨﺎﯾﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﮐﻠﻤﻮﮔﺮوف-اﺳـــﻤﯿﺮﻧﻮف، ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از آزﻣﻮن ﻫﻤﺒﺴـﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳـﻮن اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آﻣﺎري ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ )ﺟﺬب و ﺗﺎﻣﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ، آﻣﻮزش، ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﺷﻐﻞ و ﺟﺒﺮان ﺧﺪﻣﺎت( ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرآﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎط ﻣﺜﺒﺖ ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري وﺟﻮد دارد اﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ زﯾﺮﺳﺎﻣﺎﻧﻪ ﻫﺎي رواﺑﻂ ﮐﺎر و ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎراﻓﺮﯾﻨﯽ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ارﺗﺒﺎﻃﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of present research was to determine the relationship between the human resources subsystems and organizational entrepreneurship in the personnel in Education of Bojnourd city. For this reason, the viewpoints of 351 staff of Education (187 men, 164 women) of Khorasan shomali using the sample volume table, Morgan were gathered. The data for the study were collected using the Demographic survey prepared by the researcher; human resources subsystems Questionnaire of Moghimi (2012) with high validity (α = 0/89). and organizational entrepreneurship inventory of Cornwall & Perlman (1990) (α = 0/79). The questionnaires have a logical and convergent validity. Pearson correlation coefficient was used for determine the relationship between the variables. According to the findings of the research, there is positive and significant relationship between the the human resources subsystems and organizational entrepreneurship, namely the Man power supply, Design jobs, man power training and Compensation except labor relation and workforce development. it seems that the effort of manager of Education in work place causes to to create an environment of creative, innovative and entrepreneurial conducive to achieving the objectives of the Education are more desirable as possible.
