چكيده فارسي :
ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻧﻘﺶ ورزش در ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﺎﻫﻨﺠﺎري ﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎري داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﭘﺴﺮ دوره ي دﻫﻢ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﺑﻮد. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﭘﺴﺮ دوره ي دﻫﻢ ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ و وﺳﻌﺖ ﺟﻐﺮاﻓﯿﺎﯾﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﻟﺬا از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺧﻮﺷﻪ اي دو ﻣﺮﺣﻠﻪ اي ﺑﺎ ﺗﺨﺼﯿﺺ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺣﺠﻢ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري 20513 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ ﻃﺒﻖ ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮐﺎن 377 ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻧﯿﺎز ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﭘﺲ از ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ و ﺟﻤﻊ آوري 361 ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آوردن اﻃﻼﻋﺎت از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي ﻧﺎﻫﻨﺠﺎري رﻓﺘﺎري ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ ﺻﻮري آن ﺗﻮﺳﻂ 10 ﺗﻦ از اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ روان ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ و ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﺑﺎ روش آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺎ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ 0/81 ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺎﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺳﻄﻮح ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﻪ ﭼﻬﺎر دﺳﺘﻪ ﺗﻘﺴﯿﻢ ﺷﺪ، و ﻣﯿﺰان ﻧﺎﻫﻨﺠﺎري رﻓﺘﺎري در ﭼﻬﺎر ﺳﻄﺢ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻧﺎﻫﻨﺠﺎري ﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎري در داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺎ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ زﯾﺎد، از داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﻮح ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ دﯾﮕﺮ ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺗﺮ اﺳﺖ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺳﻨﺠﺶ ﻧﻘﺶ ورزش از آزﻣﻮن ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ و آزﻣﻮن ﺗﻌﻘﯿﺒﯽ ﺗﻮﮐﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽ داري ﺑﯿﻦ ﻧﺎﻫﻨﺠﺎري ﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎري داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان ﺑﺎ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ زﯾﺎد ﺑﺎ ﺳﻄﻮح دﯾﮕﺮ وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﭘﯿﺸﻨﻬﺎد ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد در ﻣﺪارس ﺳﻄﺢ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺷﻮد و ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس داﻧﺶ آﻣﻮزان را ﺑﻪ ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖ ورزﺷﯽ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ وا ﺑﺪارﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of this study was to investigate the role of exercise in behavioral abnormalities in secondary school students in Mashhad. The purpose of this study is to achieve comparative and analytical-comparative information. The statistical population of this study is all secondary school students in Mashhad. Considering the size and extent of the population of this study, a two stage cluster sampling method with appropriate volume allocation for each floor was used. To obtain information, a researcher-made behavioral abnormalities questionnaire was used that its validity was confirmed by psychologists and sports management professors. Sports activities were divided into four groups, and the level of behavioral abnormalities was evaluated in four levels of sport. Descriptive results showed that the average behavioral abnormalities in students with high activity activity were lower than those with other sports activities. To analyze the role of sport, ANOVA was used. Results of analysis of variance and Tukey post hoc test showed that there is a significant difference between behavioral abnormalities of students with high activity activity with other levels. Therefore, it is suggested to increase the level of sports activity in schools, and school teachers encourage more students to work in sports.
