چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪي ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ و ﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻃﺮح ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻏﯿﺮ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸﯽ و از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪي آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﭘﺮدﯾﺲ ﻓﺎﻃﻤﻪ زﻫﺮا )اﺻﻔﻬﺎن( ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 70 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﮐﻪ از ﺑﯿﻦ آنﻫﺎ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﻣﻮل ﮐﻮﮐﺮان ﺗﻌﺪاد 60 ﻧﻔﺮ از داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن دﺧﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده، اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي ﺳﻼﻣﺖ ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ)28-GHQ(، ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﺳﯿﺒﺮ ﯾﺎ ﺷﺮﯾﻨﮓ و آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯿﭗﻫﺎي ﺷﺨﺼﯿﺘﯽ آﯾﺰﻧﮏ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ازآﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ) ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ، ﻧﻤﻮدار( و اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ)آزﻣﻮن ﺧﯽ دو ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻦ( و ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS21 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﻪﻋﻤﻞآﻣﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ از ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ و ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، ﻫﻢﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ اﺿﻄﺮاب و ﺑﯽﺧﻮاﺑﯽ و ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن راﺑﻄﻪي ﻣﺜﺒﺖ وﺟﻮد دارد.)ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري راﺑﻄﻪي ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/00و 0/004 ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ ﮐﻪ از 0/005 ﮐﻤﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ(. اﻣﺎ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻋﻼﯾﻢ اﺿﻄﺮاب، اﺧﺘﻼل ﺧﻮاب و اﻓﺴﺮدﮔﯽ درونﮔﺮاﯾﺎن و ﺑﺮونﮔﺮاﯾﺎن راﺑﻄﻪي ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد)ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ 0/100 و 0/734 ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﮐﻪ از 0/005 ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ اﺳﺖ(. ﺑﻨﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻫﻮش ﻫﯿﺠﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪاي ﻣﻬﻢ در ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺳﻼﻣﺖ روان ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ راﻫﮑﺎرﻫﺎي ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ آن ﺑﺎﯾﺪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد.
چكيده لاتين :
The present research is performed in order to analyze the emotional intelligence and Personality Characteristics with general health of teacher students. Method: 60 teacher students from Farhangian university of Esfahan ( Shahid Rajaee) were randomly selected in order to measure the emotional intelligence and general health and their Personality Characteristics. They completed emotional intelligence (EIS) and general health (GHQ) questionnaire (Goldberg and Hillier, 1979) as well as personality questionnaire (Eysenck, 1985). Data analyzed by descriptive statistics methods and deductive statistics methods. Result: Research results showed there is a significant relationship between general health and emotional intelligence of teacher students. But there is no significant correlation between anxiety and sleep disorder and depression symptoms in Introverts and extroverts. Conclusion: Emotional intelligence is an important item to predict general health. Therefor emotional intelligence and ways to improve it should be studied.
