چكيده فارسي :
ﺷﻨﺎﺧﺖ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮاﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ وﭘﯿﺸﺮﻓﺖ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ داﻧﺶ اﻣﻮزان ﻣﺆﺛﺮ اﺳﺖ.ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﻨﺪي ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮاﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن رﺷﺘﻪ ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﻫﺎﺷﻤﯽ ﻧﮋاد ﻣﺸﻬﺪ اﺳﺖ.دراﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ،از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس ﺗﺌﻮري اﻧﮕﯿﺰش_ﺑﻬﺪاﺷﺖ ﻫﺮزﺑﺮگ4 اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ي اﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ 250داﻧﺸﺠﻮي رﺷﺘﻪ ي ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ)ورودي92( ﭘﺮدﯾﺲ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ﻫﺎﺷﻤﯽ ﻧﮋاد اﺳﺖ.اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ،ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ )زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ( و ﺑﻪ ﺷﮑﻞ ﻣﯿﺪاﻧﯽ ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ روش ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻣﯿﺎن ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ 100ﻧﻔﺮي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﺗﻮزﯾﻊ ﺷﺪه ،ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﺮوﻧﯽ ﺑﺮﻣﯿﺰان اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن ﻣﺆﺛﺮﺗﺮ ﺗﻠﻘﯽ ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ.از ﻣﯿﺎن ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺑﯿﺮوﻧﯽ،ﺑﻬﺒﻮد رواﺑﻂ ﻣﯿﺎن ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ4/54 ،ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 4/19 ودر ﻧﻈﺮ ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻦ ﺣﻘﻮق ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ4/08 ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺑﺮاي داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن اﯾﻦ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ در اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ اﻧﻬﺎ ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ.از ﻣﯿﺎن ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ دروﻧﯽ وﺟﻮد ﻓﺮﺻﺖ ﻫﺎي رﺷﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ 3/88وﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﮐﺎر ﺑﺎ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ3/82 ﺑﺮ اﻧﮕﯿﺰش ﺷﻐﻠﯽ اﻧﻬﺎ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮي دارد. در ﮐﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ اﻧﮕﯿﺰه ﺷﻐﻠﯽ داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﺎن اﯾﻦ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﺑﺮﺧﻮرداري از ﺣﺲ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻪ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ از ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺣﺮﻓﻪ ي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ .ﭘﺲ از اﯾﻦ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻮاﻧﺎ ﺑﻮدن ﻣﺪﯾﺮ در ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن وﺳﭙﺲ ﻣﺘﻨﺎﺳﺐ ﺑﻮدن ﺣﻘﻮق درﯾﺎﻓﺘﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﯿﺎزﻫﺎي زﻧﺪﮔﯽ آن ﻫﺎ ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﺗﻠﻘﯽ ﺷﺪه اﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Knowing the factors affecting teachers' job motivation is effective in ncreasing the efficiency and academic achievement of students. The purpose of the research is to prioritize the factors affecting the job motivation of students at Shahid Hasheminejad University of Mashhad. In this research, the job motivation questionnaire was used based on the Herzberg Health Motivation Theory. The statistical population of this research is about 250 undergraduate students of science education (entrance 92)in Shahid Hasheminejad campus. This study was conducted using descriptive research method (surveying) and field design. By examining questionnaires distributed randomly among 100 sample students, external factors were considered as more effective in student job motivation. Among the external factors, the improvement of teachers' relations with an average of 54.4, increased attention to the characteristics of managers with a mean of 4.19 and the right to teachers for teachers with a mean of 4/08 in order of priority for students in this university are the most important factors in increasing their job motivation. Among the internal factors, there are 88. 3 growth opportunities and then the nature of working with an average of 3.82 have a greater impact on their job motivation. In general, the most important factor on enhancing the student’s job motivation is the sense of being helpful to the society by teaching. The next is the manager's ability to address teachers' issues and then the appropriateness of the rights they receive are important to their life's needs. an‎d the last one is how much teachers' salary meets their needs.
