بررسي فعاليت نهادهاي فرهنگي دانشگاه فرهنگيان از ديدگاه دانشجو معلمان (مطالعه موردي: مركز آموزش عالي شهيد مطهري فارس)

Check the activities of cultural institutions from the perspective of students, teachers, university educators (Case Study: Higher Education Center martyr Motahari Gulf)

مطالعه حاضر با هدف بررسي فعاليت نهادهاي فرهنگي از ديدگاه دانشجو معلمان دانشگاه فرهنگيان مركز شهيد مطهري فارس انجام شده است. اين پژوهش توصيفي از نوع پيمايشي است. جامعه آماري شامل 700 نفر از دانشجويان مركز آموزش عالي شهيد مطهري فارس بوده كه يك نمونه 200 نفري از ميان آن‌ها به روش نمونه‌گيري تصادفي طبقه اي انتخاب شد. به‌منظور جمع‌آوري داده‌ها از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده‌شده است. روايي پرسشنامه به روش صوري با نظر تعدادي از اساتيد دانشگاه فرهنگيان و مسئولان فرهنگي دانشگاه مورد تائيد قرارگرفت. پايايي پرسشنامه نيز از طريق محاسبه ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ به ميزان 0/86 برآورد گرديد. به‌منظور تحليل داده‌هاي پژوهش از آمار توصيفي (درصد، فراواني، ميانگين و ميانه) و آمار استنباطي (ضريب همبستگي پيرسون و آزمون تي) استفاده شد. يافته‌هاي پژوهش نشان داد كه: 1) ميزان شركت دانشجو معلمان در برنامه‌هاي فرهنگي دانشگاه كمتر از حد متوسط بوده است، 2) ميزان علاقه دانشجومعلمان نسبت به برنامه‌هاي فرهنگي دانشگاه در سطح خوبي قرار دارد، 3) بررسي ميزان آگاهي دانشجو معلمان از برنامه‌هاي فرهنگي دانشگاه نشان حاكي از اين بود كه ميزان آگاهي دانشجويان در حد پاييني قرار دارد، و 4) مقايسه ويژگي‌هاي جمعيت شناختي نشان داد كه ميان علاقه، آگاهي، ضرورت كسب اطلاع از فعاليت‌ نهادهاي فرهنگي و شركت در نهادهاي فرهنگي دانشگاه همبستگي معناداري وجود دارد. بنابراين ضرورت توجه بيش از پيش به انجام فعاليتهاي فرهنگي در دانشگاه فرهنگيان مورد تاكيد مي باشد.نتايج اين پژوهش ما را به درك بهتري از نهادهاي فرهنگي دانشگاه شهيد مطهري فارس و فعاليت‌هاي آن‌ها مي‌رساند.

This study aimed to investigate the activities of cultural institutions from the perspective of teachers, university students cultural center of the Persian martyr Motahhari is done. This research is descriptive survey. The population consisted of 700 students from Higher Education Center Persian martyr Motahhari that a sample of 200 was selected through stratified random sampling technique. A questionnaire was used to collect data. The validity of the formal procedure to consider a number of cultural officials, university professors and university teachers was approved. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by calculating Cronbach's alpha coefficient of 86/0. To analyze data, descriptive statistics (frequency, percentage, mean and median) and inferential statistics (Pearson correlation coefficient and t-test) were used. The results showed that: 1) the company less than average university student teachers in cultural programs, 2) the amount of interest Danshjvmlman well located in relation to cultural programs at universities, 3) assessment of knowledge of student teachers from the University of cultural programs Therefore, more attention to cultural activities at the University. The results of this study emphasize academics us to a better understanding of cultural institutions and their activities leads the Persian martyr Motahhari University.
