بررسي اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمي در نظام تربيت اسلامي از منظر استاد شهيد مرتضي مطهري

A study of professional ethics of teacher in Islamic educational system from the Viewpoint of Professor Morteza Motahhari

هر يك از نظام‌ها و مكاتب مختلف، اهداف تربيتي خاصي را مدنظر دارند و همه فعاليت‌هاي خود را در راستاي تحقق آن اهداف تنظيم مي‌كنند. مكتب اسلام نيز از اين قاعده مستثنا نيست. اين پژوهش باهدف بررسي اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمي در مكتب اسلام و با توجه به آراء شهيد مرتضي مطهري در امر تربيت اسلامي انجام‌شده است. بدين منظور با استفاده از روش كتابخانه‌اي، داده‌هاي مرتبط با موضوع گردآوري‌شده و ضمن بررسي داده‌ها، مفهوم اخلاق و خصوصاً اخلاق حرفه‌اي موردبررسي قرارگرفته است. در ادامه به برخي از مؤلفه‌هاي اخلاق حرفه‌اي معلمي از ديدگاه شهيد مطهري پرداخته‌شده است. به‌منظور رسيدن انسان به كمال حقيقي خويش، لازم است تا استعدادهاي عالي انسان كه در خلقت او قرار داده‌شده است، رشد كنند و فعليت يابند كه در اين راستا توجه به آموزه‌هاي تربيت اسلامي و رعايت موازين اخلاق حرفه‌اي توسط معلم ضروري است. در انتها اين‌طور نتيجه‌گيري شده است كه معلمان بايد در جهت پايبندي به اصول اخلاقي در حرفه‌ي خود، به تعليم و تربيت دانش آموزان در ابعاد مختلف وجودي آن‌ها پرداخته و آموزش را چيزي فراتر از ارائه ساده مطالب به دانش آموزان قلمداد كنند كه با آگاهي از روش‌هاي نوين تدريس و نظريات كاربردي در امر آموزش و تقويت مهارت‌هاي تعامل با دانش‌آموزان، در چهارچوب مباني و آموزه‌هاي دين مبين اسلام، اين مهم تحقق خواهد يافت.

Each system and different schools have specific educational goals in mind and set all their activities to achieve those goals. Islam is no exception to this rule. This research was conducted with the aim of investigating the professional ethics of teachers in the school of Islam and according to the views of Professor Morteza Motahhari on Islamic education. To this purpose, by using the library method, data related to the subject is gathered and, while reviewing the data, the concept of ethics and especially professional ethics has been examined. In the following, some of the components of teacher ethics are discussed in professor Motahhari's view. In order to achieve man's true perfection, it is necessary that the great talents of man created in his creation be developed. In this regard, it is necessary to pay attention to the teachings of Islamic education and the observance of professional ethics standards by the teacher. Finally, it is concluded that teachers must pay attention to the education of students in their various dimensions in order to adhere to ethical principles in their profession and to consider education as something beyond simple presentation of the materials to the students, knowing the methods the new teaching and applied theory in teaching and enhancing interaction skills with students will be realized in the framework of the principles and teachings of the Islamic religion.
