چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد و ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ از ﻟﺤﺎظ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ و روش، از ﻧـﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴـﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌـﻪ آﻣﺎري آن ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اداره ﮐـﻞ آﻣـﻮزش و ﭘـﺮورش اﺳـﺘﺎن ﻫﺮﻣﺰﮔـﺎن در ﺳـﺎل 1397 ﺑﻮد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ 283 ﻧﻔﺮ و از اﯾﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﮐﺮﺟﺴـﯽ و ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن )1970(، ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اي ﺑﻪ ﺣﺠﻢ 163 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ اي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﺳﻪ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ JDI اﺳﻤﯿﺖ، ﮐﻨـﺪال و ﻫﯿـﻮﻟﯿﻦ )1969(، اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اﻟﻮﻧﻦ و ﻫﻤﮑـﺎران )2008( و ﻋـﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻧﯿﻬـﻮف و ﻣـﻮرﻣﻦ )1993( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳـﺖ . ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﻈـﻮر ﺗﺠﺰﯾـﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿـﻞ داده ﻫـﺎ از ﺿـﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴـﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﭼﻨﺪﮔﺎﻧﻪ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. در ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺖ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻـﻞ از آن ﻧﺸـﺎن داد : ﺑـﯿﻦ رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻋـﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﺑﻄـﻪ ﻣﻌﻨـﯽ داري وﺟـﻮد دارد . ﺗﻤـﺎﻣﯽ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ اﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار دارﻧﺪ و از ﺑﯿﻦ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ، ﺗﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﮐﺎر ﻗﺎدر ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨـﯽ اﻋﺘﻤـﺎد ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑـﻮد . ﻫﻤﭽﻨـﯿﻦ ﺗﻤـﺎﻣﯽ اﺑﻌـﺎد رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﻐﻠﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار داﺷﺘﻨﺪ و از آن ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﮐﺎر و ﺣﻘﻮق و ﻣﺰاﯾﺎ ﻗﺎدر ﺑﻪ ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻋﺪاﻟﺖ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
The present study was conducted to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction with trust and organizational justice. This research was applied in terms of purpose, practical and in terms of nature and methodology, of the type of correlation and its statistical population, including all employees of Hormozgan Province Education Office in the year 1397 with a total of 283 people from this statistical population based on the tableKrejcie and Morgan (1970), a sample of 163 people was selected by stratified random sampling. For data gathering, three Job Satisfaction Questionnaires (JDI) Smith, Kendall and Hyulin (1969), Elonen et al. (2008) Organizational Confidence Questionnaire, and Nihof & Morman (1993) Organizational Justice Questionnaire were used. In order to analyze the data, pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression were used. The results showed that there is a significant relationship between job satisfaction and organizational trust and organizational justice. All components of job satisfaction had meaningful correlation and among these components, the only variable in the nature of the job was able to predict organizational trust. In addition, all aspects of job satisfaction with organizational justice had meaningful correlation and were able to predict organizational justice between the components of the job and the rights and benefits.
