چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻦ ﺑﻪ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي در ﺗﻤﺎم ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﺪارس داراي اوﻟﻮﯾﺖ ﺧﺎﺻﯽ اﺳﺖ و ﻏﻔﻠﺖ از آن آﺛﺎر زﯾﺎن ﺑـﺎر ﻓﺮاواﻧـﯽ ﺑـﻪ ﺑـﺎر ﻣـﯽ آورد. ﻣﺪارس ﺑﺮاي ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﺳﺎزي اﺧﻼق در ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺧﻮد ﻣﺤﺘﺎج ﺗﺮوﯾﺞ ﻣﺴﺘﻤﺮ و اﺛﺮﺑﺨﺶ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي در ﻫﻤﮥ ارﮐﺎن ﺧﻮد ﻣـﯽ ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺘﯽ ﮐﻪ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي در ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺎي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و ارﺗﻘﺎي ﺗﻌﻬﺪ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ در اراﺋﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺧﺪﻣﺎت در ﻣﺪارس دارد، ﻟﺬا ﻫﺪف اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻧﻘﺶ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺑﺮ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺛﺮ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﮔﺮ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺷﮑﻞ ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺷﯿﻮة اﻧﺠﺎم ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﮥ آﻣﺎري آن، ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺪارس اﺳﺘﺎن اﺻﻔﻬﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺑﺎ اﺳـﺘﻔﺎده از ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﻣﺸﺘﻤﻞ ﺑﺮ 384 ﻧﻔﺮ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﯿﻮة ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﻃﺒﻘﻪ ﺑﻨﺪي اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. اﺑﺰار ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ اﺳﺘﺎﻧﺪارد ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺑﺮاي اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن از ﮐﺴﺐ ﻣﺤﺘﻮاي رواﯾﯽ از ﻧﻈﺮ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ و ﺻﺎﺣﺐ ﻧﻈﺮان و ﺑﺮاي اﻃﻤﯿﻨﺎن از ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ اﺑﺰار اﻧﺪازه ﮔﯿﺮي، از روش ﻫﺎي آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ و ﺑﺎزآزﻣﺎﯾﯽ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻒ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﺑﻪ ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ رواﺑﻂ، داده ﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي ﺑﺎ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ داراي راﺑﻄﮥ ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﯽ دار اﺳﺖ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ، ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ اﺧﻼق ﺣﺮﻓﻪ اي و ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮓ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ ﻫﺎي ﺑﺮازش داراي ﺑﺮازش ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺐ اﺳﺖ. ﻟﺬا ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﯿﺮي را در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ دارا اﺳﺖ.
چكيده لاتين :
Professional ethics has a high priority in all school programs, and neglecting it has many detrimental effects. In order to institutionalize ethics in their organizational culture, schools need continuous and effective promotion of professional ethics in all its pillars. Because of the importance of professional ethics in teacher decision-making and promoting commitment and culture in providing quality services in schools, the purpose of this study was to investigate the role of professional ethics on organizational commitment with regard to the mediating effect of organizational culture.The research method is descriptive correlational and its statistical population is Isfahan school teachers. The sample size was 384 persons using Morgan table, which was selected by stratified random sampling.The tool used was standard questionnaire. To ensure the validity of the content, professors and experts and for reliability of the measuring tool, Cronbach's alpha and test-retest methods were used. Data were analyzed using structural equation modeling in order to evaluate the relationships. The results showed that professional ethics has a positive and significant relationship with organizational commitment and organizational culture. The results also showed that based on the data analysis, the structural equation modeling of the relationship between professional ethics and organizational commitment with the mediating role of organizational culture presented in the study population, despite the fit indices, has a good fit. Therefore, it has the capability to be used in society
