چكيده فارسي :
ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﺗﻄﺎﺑﻖ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﺑﺎ رﺳﺎﻟﺖ، ﻫﺪف و اﻧﺘﻈﺎرات اﻓﺮاد ذﯾﺮﺑﻂ، ذﯾﻨﻔﻊ و ذيﻋﻼﻗﻪ در اﻣﻮر داﻧﺸﮕﺎﻫﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ در آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ ﯾﮏ ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﺛﺎﺑﺖ و اﯾﺴﺘﺎ ﻧﯿﺴﺖ ﺑﻠﮑﻪ ﯾﮏ ﺣﺮﮐﺖ و ﯾﮏ ﻫﺪف اﺳﺘﺮاﺗﮋﯾﮏ اﺳﺖ.ﻫﺪف از اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش و ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ در داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ـ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ.ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ـ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻞ در ﺳﺎل ﺗﺤﺼﯿﻠﯽ 1398-99 در ﭘﺮدﯾﺲﻫﺎي اﺳﺘﺎن ﺧﻮزﺳﺘﺎن ﮐﻪ 2200 ﻧﻔﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.از ﺑﯿﻦ آﻧﻬﺎ 30 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﺗﺎ اﺷﺒﺎع ﻧﻈﺮي اداﻣﻪ ﭘﯿﺪا ﮐﺮد.اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ، ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎرﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ.ﺑﺮاي ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ از ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺘﻮي اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ و ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪﻫﺎ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﻔﺴﯿﺮ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺖ.ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن دادﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ از دﯾﺪﮔﺎه داﻧﺸﺠﻮ ـ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، ﻫﻔﺖ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺎﻻﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻧﻘﺶ را در ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ آﻣﻮزش و ﺗﺪرﯾﺲ داﺷﺘﻪاﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ: وﯾﮋﮔﯽﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي و ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ، ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﮐﻼس درس، ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪرﯾﺰي درﺳﯽ، ﻓﻀﺎي ﻓﯿﺰﯾﮑﯽ، ارزﺷﯿﺎﺑﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ اﺳﺎﺗﯿﺪ، ﻧﻘﺶ آﻣﻮزش و ﭘﺮورش، ﻧﻘﺶ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯿﺎن، ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Quality is the adaptation of the status of higher education to the mission, goal and expectations of relevant and interested people in academic affairs. Quality in higher education is not a fixed point but a movement and a strategic goal. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors affecting the quality of education and teaching at Farhangian University from the perspective of students-teachers. The statistical population of this study is all students-teachers to study in the academic year of 1398-99 in the campuses of Khuzestan province, which are 2200 people. Among them, 30 people were selected by purposive sampling method. Data collection continued until theoretical saturation. The data collection tool is a semi-structured interview. For analysis the data were used for content analysis and the interviews were interpreted. The results showed that from the student-teacher perspective, seven factors had the highest role in the quality of teaching and learning, including: personal characteristics and professions of teachers, classroom management, lesson planning, Physical space, educational evaluation by professors, the role of education, the role of Farhangian University.
