چكيده فارسي :
ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ راﺑﻄﻪ اﺑﻌﺎد ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري و ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ رﻓﺘﺎرﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ درﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن زن و ﻣﺮد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ و ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن اﻟﺒﺮز ﺑﻮد. ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ 240 ﻣﻌﻠﻢ )160 زن و 80 ﻣﺮد( ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي در دﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰار ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ »ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ«، »ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري« و »ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﭘﺎدﺳﺎﮐﻮف وﻫﻤﮑﺎران« ﺑﻮد. ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ وﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ازآزﻣﻮن t ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﭘﯿﺮﺳﻮن و رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﮔﺎم ﺑﻪ ﮔﺎم اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﮐﺎري، ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﻣﻦ ﮐﺎر ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ 3/5 درﺻﺪ ازوارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع دوﺳﺘﯽ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﻣﻦ ﮐﺎرو ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ ﻣﻨﺼﻔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ در دو ﮔﺎم 5/4 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻗﺎﻧﻮنﮔﺮاﯾﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن و ﭘﺮداﺧﺖ ﻣﻨﺼﻔﺎﻧﻪ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ در دوﮔﺎم 4/5 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﺑﺮدﺑﺎري را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﻨﺪ. ﯾﮑﭙﺎرﭼﮕﯽ و اﻧﺴﺠﺎم اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ در ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ 8/6 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ آداب اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ رﮔﺮﺳﯿﻮن ﻧﺸﺎن داد از ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي ﺟﻮ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن رﻓﺘﺎر ﺑﯿﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ 19 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺮﺑﻮط ﺑﻪ ﻧﻮع دوﺳﺘﯽ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﺪ. ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎر ﺑﯿﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، رﻓﺘﺎر ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺑﯿﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ در ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎم 46 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. رﻓﺘﺎر ﺣﺮﻓﻪاي ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن، رﻓﺘﺎرﺻﻤﯿﻤﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و رﻓﺘﺎر ﺑﯿﮕﺎﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪ در ﺳﻪ ﮔﺎم 22 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﺑﺮدﺑﺎري را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. رﻓﺘﺎر ﺻﻤﯿﻤﯽ ﻣﻌﻠﻤﺎن و ﻣﻤﺎﻧﻌﺖ ﻣﺪﯾﺮ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺘﻨﺪدر دوﮔﺎم 5/3 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ اﺣﺘﺮام را ﭘﯿﺶ ﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﮐﻨﻨﺪ. رﻓﺘﺎر ﺣﻤﺎﯾﺘﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺗﻮاﻧﺴﺖ 2/1 درﺻﺪ از وارﯾﺎﻧﺲ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ آداب اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ را ﺗﺒﯿﯿﻦ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن t ﮔﺮوهﻫﺎي ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺑﯿﻦ زﻧﺎن و ﻣﺮدان در ﻫﯿﭻ ﯾﮏ از ﻣﺆﻟﻔﻪﻫﺎي رﻓﺘﺎر ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار وﺟﻮد ﻧﺪارد.
چكيده لاتين :
The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship between the dimensions of quality of work life and organizational climate with organizational citizenship behavior among teachers. The research method was correlational and the statistical population included all teachers in Alborz. The sample consisted of 240 teachers (160 females and 80 males) who were selected by convenience sampling method. The research instruments were "Organizational Climate Questionnaire", "Work Life Quality Questionnaire" and Organizational Citizenship Behavior Questionnaire of Padsakov et al ". Among the components of quality of work life, the variable of safe work environment was able to explain 0.073% of the variance related to altruism. The variables of safe working environment and fair payment were able to predict 0.054% of the variance related to conscientiousness in two steps. Legalism in the organization and fair payment were able to explain 0.045% of the variance related to tolerance. Social integration and cohesion in the organization were able to predict 0.086% of the variance related to the social etiquette variable. Also, the results of regression coefficient showed that among the components of the atmosphere, the organization of alien behavior of teachers was able to explain 19% of the variance related to altruism. The variables of teachers' alien behavior, teachers' professional behavior and teachers' alien behavior were able to predict 0.46% of the conscientious variance in three steps. Teachers' professional behavior, teachers' intimate behavior, and teachers' alien behavior were able to predict 22% of the variance of tolerance in three steps.
