Survey of employment status of educational science graduates

ﻣﺴﺎﻟﻪ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن آﻣﻮزش ﻋﺎﻟﯽ، ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ ﻣﻬﻢ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﮐﺸﻮر اﺳﺖ و ﺑﺮاي ﭘﯿﺶﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺑﺮﻧﺎﻣﻪﻫﺎي آﯾﻨﺪه ﺿﺮوري ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. اﯾﻦ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ، ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف ﺗﻌﯿﯿﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل و ﺑﯿﮑﺎري داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ اﻧﺠﺎم ﺷﺪ. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ- ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ. از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺷﺎﻣﻞ داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﻣﻘﻄﻊ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ رﺷﺘﻪ ﻋﻠﻮم ﺗﺮﺑﯿﺘﯽ داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺎمﻧﻮر ﺑﺎﺑﻞ، آزاد اﺳﻼﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺑﻞ و ﻣﺎزﻧﺪران در ﺳﺎل 1396ﺑﻮد. از ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﻌﺪاد 165ﻧﻔﺮ از داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﺑﻪ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪﮔﯿﺮي دردﺳﺘﺮس اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ. دادهﻫﺎ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮن ﮐﺎاﺳﮑﻮﺋﺮ، ﺗﯽ دو ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ ﻣﺴﺘﻘﻞ، ﺿﺮﯾﺐ ﻫﻤﺒﺴﺘﮕﯽ ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮماﻓﺰار SPSS21ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ، وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﺑﺎ ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ زن و ﻣﺮد راﺑﻄﻪ وﺟﻮد دارد و ﺑﯿﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ارﺷﺪ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﯿﻦ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﺑﺎ ﻣﺤﻞ ﺳﮑﻮﻧﺖ ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﻌﺪل و وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﯿﺰان ﻓﻌﺎﻟﯿﺖﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ ﺑﺎ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ اﺷﺘﻐﺎل داﻧﺶآﻣﻮﺧﺘﮕﺎن ﺗﻔﺎوت ﻣﻌﻨﯽداري وﺟﻮد دارد.

The issue of employment of higher education graduates is one of the important economic and social issues of the country and is necessary to predict future plans. The aim of this study was to determine the employment and unemployment status of educational science graduates. The research method is descriptive-survey. In terms of purpose, this research is applied. The statistical population included undergraduate and graduate graduates in the field of educational sciences from Payame Noor University of Babol, Islamic Azad University of Babol and Mazandaran in 2017. From the statistical population, 165 graduates were selected by available sampling method. Data were analyzed using Chi-square test, independent two-group t-test, correlation coefficient using SPSS21 software. The results showed that the employment status of graduates is related to the gender of men and women and there is a significant relationship between the employment status of undergraduate and graduate students. There is a significant difference between the employment status of graduates and their place of residence. There is a significant difference between the grade point average and the employment status of graduates. There is a significant difference between the amount of research activities and the employment status of graduates.
