Principles of teaching based on verses and traditions

تعليم و تعلم و مطالب مرتبط با علم به عنوان نوري به سوي يقين كه خداوند بر دل هاي آنان كه خود خواسته، افكنده و برترين ملاك ارزش گذاري ديني در قرآن كريم و روايات است. با توجه به اهميتي كه در آموزه هاي قرآني و روايي نسبت به مسألۀ تعليم و تعلم مشاهده مي شود، پرداختن به اصول تعلم و نيز تعليم آن امري ضروريست. گفتار پيش رو، درون رشته اي است و در حل آن از روش كتابخانه اي و تجزيه و تحليل اطلاعات با استناد به قرآن كريم و تفاسير آن، كتب روايي، لغوي و متون اسلامي معتبر استفاده شده است. بر اين پايه، نظر به اينكه خداوند، اولين معلم انسان و نيز به دليل اين كه يكي از شئون پيامبران در مقام خلافت الهي، تعليم انسان در جهت هدايت و تأمين سعادت ابدي اوست، در اين پژوهش بيشتر به آيات و رواياتي پرداخته شده است كه ويژگي هاي پيامبران و برگزيدگان الهي را به عنوان برترين الگوهاي تعليم و تعلم، مورد توجه خاص قرارداده تا بر اساس آن و آنچه در كتب علوم تعليم و تربيت معاصر با نگاه ديني ذكر شده، اصول تعليم و تعلم صحيح با توجه به كاربرد آن در عصر حاضر استخراج شود. اصولي كه در آيات و روايات در امر تعليم مورد تأكيد قرار گرفته است، گرچه برخي از آن ها بايد مورد توجه بيشتري از سوي معلمان قرارگيرد، اصولي چون: مقدم داشتن تزكيه بر تعليم، اصل فرديت، اصل اجتماع، تسهيل و تيسير، احتياج متعلم به محبت و نيز اعتدال.

Teaching and learning and scientific issues, in general, have been regarded as a light descended from God unto his trainees’ hearts and the utmost criterion of valuation in Quran and Hadith. Considering the high importance given to teaching and learning in Quranic and Hadith teachings, it seems essential to pay attention to this issue. This text is intra-disciplinary and we have used library research method and data analysis with reference to holy Quran and its interpretations, narrative and lexical books and Islamic texts. Based on this, since God is the first human’s trainer and one of the tasks of prophets as God’s surrogate is to teach human for his guidance and eternal happiness, in this research, we have focused on the verses and narratives about traits of the prophets and the distinguished as the best models of teaching and learning so that we can obtain proper teaching and learning principles based on educational contemporary books with a religious perspective. Principles emphasized in religious verses and narratives about training should be taken more seriously by teachers; principles like prioritizing self-discipline overtraining the discipline of individuality, the discipline of a community, the discipline of facilitation and simplification, and the trainee’s need for gentleness and moderation.
