تبيين مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت اقتصادي مؤثر در جهش توليد (مورد مطالعه: شركت‌هاي شهرك صنعتي سمنان)

Explaining the Components of Economic Security Affecting the Production Surge(Case study: Companies of Semnan Industrial Town)

مقام معظم رهبري همواره تأكيد داشته‌اند كه، «توليد» ستون فقرات اقتصاد مقاومتي است و ضروري است در راستاي جهش توليد گام‌هاي بلندي برداشته شود. با اين وجود، موانع بسياري در مسير جهش توليد وجود دارد كه مانع از دستيابي به اهداف آن مي‌شود كه در اين بين، امنيت اقتصادي يكي از مهمترين بسترسازهاي حركت جريان توليد در كشور مي‌باشد. براين اساس، پژوهش حاضر با هدف شناسايي مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت اقتصادي مؤثر در جهش توليد برمبناي مطالعه‌اي كيفي و با رويكرد اكتشافي-كاربردي صورت گرفته است. جامعه آماري شامل اساتيد دانشگاهي، مديران خبره شركت‌هاي شهرك صنعتي سمنان و مسئولين ارگانهاي مرتبط مي‌باشند. نمونه آماري به روش هدفمند با رويكرد گلوله برفي به تعداد 17 نفر انتخاب شده‌اند. ابزار گردآوري داده‌ها شامل مطالعات كتابخانه‌اي و مصاحبه نيمه‌ساختاريافته با خبرگان و روش تجزيه و تحليل دادههاي كيفي، تحليل مضمون (تِماتيك) بوده است. در اين پژوهش براي اطمينان از روايي و پايايي نتايج احصاء شده در تحليل مضمون از شيوه‌هاي خاص پژوهش كيفي شامل معيار مقبوليت و قابليت تأئيد استفاده شد. در نهايت، نتايج تحليل مضمون منتج به ارائه مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت اقتصادي مؤثر در جهش توليد گرديد كه در سه حوزه مؤلفه‌هاي رفتاري (محتوايي)، ساختاري و زمينه‌اي (محيطي) شناسايي و دسته‌بندي گرديدند. به نظر مي‌رسد با فراهم سازي مؤلفه‌هاي امنيت اقتصادي، حركت رو به جلويي در راستاي مانع‌زدايي و پشتيباني از توليد در كشور صورت گيرد.

The Supreme Leader has always emphasized that "production" is the backbone of a resistive economy and that it is necessary to take great strides towards a surge in production. However, there are many obstacles in the path of production surge, which hinder the achievement of its goals. Economic security is one of the most important factors that underlie the movement of production in Iran. Accordingly, this qualitative study aimed to identify the components of economic security affecting the production surge using an exploratory-practical approach. The statistical population consisted of expert managers of companies in Semnan Industrial Town, university professors and officials of related bodies. A statistical sample of 17 people was selected using snowball sampling, as a technique n the purposive sampling method. Data were collected using the desk-based research method as well as semi-structured interviews with experts. The qualitative data were analyzed using the thematic analysis method. To ensure the validity and reliability of the results obtained in thematic analysis, special methods of qualitative research including acceptability and confirmability criteria were used. Finally, the results of thematic analysis leading to the presentation of the economic security components affecting the production surge were presented and categorized into three domains of behavioral (thematic), structural and contextual (environmental) components. It seems that providing the components of economic security will ensure a movement towards removing the obstacles and supporting production in Iran.
