چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: هر سيستم براي نيل به اهداف خود و دستيابي به كارآمدي لازم، نيازمند پايش و پويايي در امر آموزش است. در همين راستا هدف از تحقيق حاضر، ارزيابي اثربخشي كاربست پايان نامه هاي دانشكده علوم و فنون راهنمايي و رانندگي (كه به اختصار منبعد راهور بيان مي شود) مي باشد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از جمله تحقيقات بازپسين و از نوع تحقيقات علمي ميباشد. از نظر هدف كاربردي، از نظر روش توصيفي و از نظر ماهيت و نوع، كيفي از نوع تحليل محتوا ميباشد. جامعه آماري، پايان نامه هاي مقطع كارشناسي‌ارشد دانشكده راهور بوده، ليكن با توجه به گستردگي موضوعات و وسعت قلمروي جغرافيايي كاربست هاي موجود، پايان نامه هاي كارشناسي‌ارشد فارغ التحصيلان از سال 1396 تا سال 1398 با تعداد 31 پايان نامه به عنوان حجم نمونه در نظر گرفته شده است. به دليل محدود بودن تعداد اعضاي جامعه، از روش نمونه گيري تمام شمار استفاده شده است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات مبتني بر مشاهده متن و سپس طراحي الگوي رصد و ارزيابي، و مشتمل بر يافته ها و پيشنهادهاي پايان نامه هاي مورد مطالعه، بوده است. فرايند تطبيق و تحليل پايان نامه ها، با اهداف از پيش تعيين شده هر پايان نامه به عمل آمده است. در اجراي تحقيق با 31 نفر از فرماندهان و مديران مصاحبه، و به شكل هدفمند سوالاتي در راستاي ارزيابي اثربخشي كاربست پايان نامه ها پرسيده شد، كه نتايج پس از كدگذاري در جداول مرتبط درج، سپس مورد تطبيق و ارزيابي و تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته ها: بررسي ها حاكيست، 80.1 درصد از يافته هاي پايان نامه ها، منطبق با اهداف تعيين شده، توسط محققين بوده؛ علاوه بر اين، 85.1 درصد پيشنهادهاي ارائه شده همسو با اهداف تحقيق ميباشد؛ كه از اين ميزان، 13 درصد به طور كامل و 74 نيز تا حدودي اجرا، ولي 13 درصد منجر به نتيجه نگرديده است.
نتيجه گيري: مطابق مدل پاتريك، در مطالعه حاضر تمامي اهداف پيشبيني شده در ارزيابي كاربست پايان نامه هاي دانشكده راهور از اثربخشي بالايي برخوردار بوده اند. زيرا مطابق نتايج حاصله از فرايند تطبيق و تحليل پايان نامه ها و مصاحبه هاي به عمل آمده نتايج قابل قبولي را دربر داشته اند.

Background and purpose: Every system needs monitoring and dynamism in education in order to achieve its goals and achieve the necessary efficiency. In this regard, the aim of the present research is to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of the theses of the School of Traffic Science and Technology (abbreviated as Rahor).
Method: The current research is one of the retrospective researches and of the scientific research type. In terms of practical purpose, in terms of descriptive method and in terms of nature and type, it is qualitative of content analysis type. The statistical population was the Master's theses of Rahour Faculty, but considering the wide range of subjects and the geographical scope of the existing applications, the Master's theses of the graduates from 2016 to 2018 with the number of 31 theses were considered as the sample size. has been Due to the limited number of community members, the full number sampling method has been used. The tool for gathering information was based on observing the text and then designing the observation and evaluation model, and including the findings and proposals of the studied theses. The process of comparing and analyzing theses has been carried out with the predetermined objectives of each thesis. In the implementation of the research, 31 commanders and managers were interviewed, and questions were asked in a targeted manner in order to evaluate the effectiveness of the application of theses, and the results, after coding in the relevant tables, were then compared, evaluated and analyzed. . Findings: The investigations indicate that 80.1% of theses findings were made by researchers in accordance with the set goals; In addition, 85.1 percent of the proposals presented are in line with the research objectives; Of this amount, 13% have been fully implemented and 74% have been partially implemented, but 13% have not resulted in results.
Conclusion: According to Patrick's model, in the present study, all the goals predicted in the evaluation of the application of theses of Rahor Faculty have been highly effective. Because according to the results obtained from the process of matching and analyzing theses and interviews, they have contained acceptable results.
