چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﭼﺎرﭼﻮﺑﯽ اﺧﻼﻗﯽ اﺳﺖ ﺑﺮاي ﻫﺮ ﻓﺮد ﯾﺎ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن، ﺗﺎ ﺑﺎ ﺣﺴﺎﺳﯿﺖ در ﻣﻮرد ﻣﺴﺎﺋﻞ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻣﺤﯿﻂ زﯾﺴﺘﯽ رﻓﺘﺎر ﮐﻨﺪ. ﺗﻼش ﺑﺮاي اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺮاد، ﺳﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫﺎ و دوﻟﺖ ﻫﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻣﯽ ﮐﻨﺪ ﺗﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ و ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﻣﺜﺒﺘﯽ در ﺗﻮﺳﻌﻪ ﭘﺎﯾﺪار ﯾﮏ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ. ﻫﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻫﻮش اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ، ﮐﻤﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان داﻧﺸﮕﺎه ﻫﺎ ﮐﻪ در ﺳﺎل 1400-1399 ﻣﺸﻐﻮل ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ، اﺳﺖ، ﺗﻌﺪاد 103 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﺎ روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ ﺳﺎده ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﺟﺪول ﻣﻮرﮔﺎن ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺟﻤﻊ آوري داده ﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻫﻮش اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺳﯿﻠﻮرا، ﻣﺎرﺗﯿﻦ ﯾﻮﺳﯿﻦ و داﻫﻞ )2001(، ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اوﺑﺎﯾﺴﺎت )2017( و ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺷﺎوارا )2017( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﺎي ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن در اﯾﻦ زﻣﯿﻨﻪ ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﻫﻮش اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ 0/93، ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي 0/92، ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ 0/91 ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺑﺮآورد ﺷﺪ. ﺟﻬﺖ ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ داده ﻫﺎ از آﻣﺎر ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، اﺳﺘﻨﺒﺎﻃﯽ و ﻣﺪل ﻣﻌﺎدﻻت ﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰارﻫﺎي اس ﭘﯽ اس اس، ﻟﯿﺰرل و آﻣﻮس اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻧﺸﺎن ﻣﯽ دﻫﺪ؛ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي اﺧﺘﻼف ﻣﺜﺒﺖ و ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد. ﻫﻢ ﭼﻨﯿﻦ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺴﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي؛ ﺑﯿﻦ ﻫﻮش اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻫﻮش اﺧﻼﻗﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﻣﺪﯾﺮان راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري وﺟﻮد دارد.
چكيده لاتين :
Social responsibility is an ethical framework for any individual or organization to be sensitive to social, cultural, economic, and environmental issues. Striving for social responsibility helps individuals, organizations and governments to play a positive role and impact on the sustainable development of a society. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship between social and moral intelligence and social responsibility of university administrators. The research method is quantitative and correlational. The statistical population of this study includes university administrators who were serving in 1399-1400, 103 people were selected as a research sample by simple random sampling method based on Morgan table. Data were collected using Silvera, Martin Usain and Dahl (2001) Social Intelligence Questionnaire, Obaysat Social Responsibility Questionnaire (2017) and Shawara (2017) Moral Intelligence Questionnaire. The validity of the present questionnaires was confirmed by experts in this field and the reliability of the social intelligence questionnaire was 0.93, responsibility 0.92, and moral intelligence 0.91 using Cronbach's alpha. Descriptive and inferential statistics and structural equation modeling were used to analyze the data using Spss, Lisrel and Amos software. The results of the research show; There is a positive and significant difference between social intelligence and responsibility. Also between moral intelligence and responsibility; There is a significant relationship between social intelligence and moral intelligence among managers.
