چكيده فارسي :
ﻣﺤﯿﻂ اﻣﺮوزي ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮﻋﺖ در ﺣﺎل ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮ ﺑﻮده ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺪت ﺗﻐﯿﯿﺮات ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎن ﻫـﺎ ﺑﺎﯾـﺪ ﻧﺤـﻮه ﺗـﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺟـﻮ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن و روﻧﺪ ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ روي ﻋﻤﻠﮑـﺮد ﺳـﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ را ﺑﺸﻨﺎﺳـﻨﺪ . ﺑﻨـﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﻫـﺪف ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺛﺮﮔﺬاري ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ ﺑﺎ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﺠﯽ ﺟﻮ رواﺑـﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن اﺳﺖ. روش ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻧﻮع اﮐﺘﺸﺎﻓﯽ، از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي از ﺣﯿﺚ رواﺑﻂ ﺑـﯿﻦ داده ﻫـ ﺎ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﻢ ﺑﺴﺘﮕﯽ و از ﻧﻈﺮ زﻣﺎﻧﯽ، ﻣﻘﻄﻌﯽ اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن ﻓﺮﻣﺎﻧﺪﻫﯽ اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﺮﮐﺮد ﺑﻮده ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺪﻓﻤﻨﺪ 83 ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪ. اﺑـﺰار ﮔـﺮدآوري داده ﻫـﺎ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺑﻮده ﮐﻪ رواﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳﺶ ﻧﺎﻣﻪ ﺗﻮﺳﻂ ﻣﺘﺨﺼﺼﯿﻦ و رواﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﻣﺤﺘﻮا ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﭘﺮﺳـﺶ ﻧﺎﻣـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﮐﻤﮏ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎ ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮاي ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ ﻫﺎي ﭘـﮋوﻫﺶ از ﻣـﺪل ﻣﻌـﺎدﻻت ﺳـﺎﺧﺘﺎري ﺑـﺎ ﮐﻤﮏ ﻧﺮم اﻓﺰار اﺳﻤﺎرت ﭘﯽ آل اس اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن داد راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻧﮕﺎه ﮐﺮدن ﺑﻪ ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ آﻣـﻮزش ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد، ﺑﻪ ﮐﺎرﮔﻤﺎري، ﻗﺪرﺗﻤﻨﺪ ﺳﺎزي، ﺗﺮﻓﯿﻌﺎت، اﻣﻨﯿﺖ اﺳـﺘﺨﺪاﻣ ﯽ و ﭘﺮداﺧﺘـ ﯽ ﻫـﺎ ﺑـﻪ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨـﺎن ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺟﻮ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن در ﺑﻬﺒﻮد ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻋﻤﻠﯿﺎﺗﯽ و در ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮐﺴﺐ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ رﻗـﺎﺑﺘ ﯽ و دﺳﺖ ﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻫﺮ ﭼﻘﺪر ﺑﺘﻮان ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﯿﺶ ﺗﺮي ﺑﻪ راﻫﺒﺮدي ﻧﮕﺎه ﮐﺮدن ﻓﺮاﯾﻨﺪﻫﺎي ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﻣﻨﺎﺑﻊ اﻧﺴﺎﻧﯽ داﺷﺖ و ﺟﻮ رواﺑﻂ ﺑﯿﻦ ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن را ﺑﻬﺒـﻮد ﺑﺨﺸـ ﯿﺪ ﻣـ ﯽ ﺗـﻮان ﺑـﻪ ﻣﻨﺎﻓﻊ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ دﺳﺖ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ و ﺗﺤﻘﻖ اﻫﺪاف ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯿﺴﺮﺗﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Today's environment is changing rapidly. Due to the severity of changes, organizations need to know how the climate associated with employees and the trend of human resource management on organizational performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of strategic human resource management on operational performance with the mediating role of employee relations.The research method is exploratory in terms of applied purpose in terms of relationships between data is correlational and cross-sectional in terms of time. The statistical population of the study was Shahrekord police personnel using 83 people using purposive sampling method was selected as a sample. Data collection tool was a questionnaire that the validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by experts and content validity and the reliability of the questionnaire was confirmed by Cronbach's alpha coefficient. To investigate the research hypotheses, the structural equation model was used with the help of Smart PLS software.The findings showed that a strategic look at the training process, performance appraisal, recruitment, empowerment, promotions, employment security and payments to employees can improve operational performance and thus achieve competitive advantage and achieve goals, given the relationship between employees. Be an effective organization. The results showed that the more attention can be paid to the strategic view of human resource management processes and the atmosphere of relationships between employees can be improved, competitive benefits can be achieved and organizational goals can be achieved more easily.
