چكيده فارسي :
در شرايط كنوني، با توجه به تداوم‌يافتن اعمال تروريستي و تهديدات مربوط به آن، بهبود امنيت نقش كليدي براي توسعة گردشگري دارد. درواقع بهبود امنيت در مناطق توريستي، يك عامل كليدي جذاب براي تشويق گردشگران به يك سفر امن است. چه‌بسا امروزه گردشگران وقتي در مورد مكان مناسب براي گذراندن تعطيلات خود تصميم ميگيرند، علاوه بر توجه به نرخ ارز، هزينه ها، مناظر و وضعيت آبوهوا و امكانات ديگر، وجود امنيت در آن مكان را در اولويت انتخاب خود قرار ميدهند. بدينسان پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسي نقش امنيت در توسعة گردشگري با تأكيد بر تروريسم طراحي شده است.
روش پژوهش
روش پژوهشي توصيفي - مروري با رويكرد روايتي و استفاده از اسناد و مطالعات كتابخانهاي پيشين است.
يافته ها
نتايج پژوهش نشان ميدهد كه امنيت و گردشگري، دو عنصر وابسته به يكديگر، در فرايند يك تعامل دوجانبه، تأثير متقابل افزايشي يا كاهشي نسبت به هم دارند. اثرات مستقيم تروريسم بر فرايند توسعه، آسيبرساني به زيرساختها و منابع فيزيكي و انساني است و اثرات غيرمستقيم آن، شامل افزايش عدم قطعيت، كاهش سرمايهگذاري خارجي، تهديد فضاي امنيتي و افزايش مخارج نظامي و امنيتي، افزايش هزينة تجارت و تضعيف آن و خسارت به صنعت گردشگري است.
نتيجه گيري
پارامترهاي مختلفي بر توسعة اقتصادي كشورها تأثيرگذار است. از بين اين پارامترهاي تأثيرگذار، امنيت يكي از مهم‌ترين آن‌هاست. وجود امنيت در سطح داخل و منطقه بر فرآيند توسعة اقتصادي تأثير بسزايي دارد و دليل موفقيت اصلي صنعت گردشگري است، چراكه آرامش، راحتي و امنيت از عاملهاي مؤثر در انتخاب مكانهاي جغرافيايي توسط گردشگران است. تروريسم به‌عنوان يكي از دشمنان اصلي اين صنعت، بسيار مهم و تأثيرگذار بر اقتصاد جهاني است و نتيجة منطقي گسترش تروريسم، ترور صنعت توريسم است.

In the current situation, improving security plays a key role in the development of tourism due to the persistence of terrorist acts and related threats. In fact, improving security in tourist areas is an attractive key factor in encouraging tourists to travel safely. Today, when tourists decide on the right place to spend their vacation, in addition to considering the exchange rate, costs, weather conditions and other facilities, consider the existence of security in that place is a priority of their choice. Thus, the present study was designed to investigate the role of security in tourism development with emphasis on terrorism. The research method is descriptive-review with a narrative approach and the use of previous library documents and studies. The results show that security and tourism are two interdependent elements and in the process of a two-way interaction have an increasing or decreasing mutual effect on each other. The direct effects of terrorism on the development process are damage to infrastructure and physical and human resources and its indirect effects include increasing uncertainty, reducing foreign investment, threatening the security environment and increasing military and security spending, increasing and weakening trade costs, and damaging the tourism industry. Various parameters affect the economic development of countries. Among these effective parameters, security is one of the most important. Because peace, comfort and security are effective factors in the selection of geographical locations by tourists, existence of security at the local and regional levels has a significant impact on the process of economic development and the main reason for the success of the tourism industry. Terrorism, as one of the main enemies of this industry, is very important and influential on the global economy, and in fact, the logical result of the spread of terrorism is the assassination of the tourism industry.
