كارورزي و تاثير آن بر توانمندي سازي دانشجو معلمان

Internship and its effect on student teacher empowerment

هدف اصلي پژوهش حاضر ارائه راهكارهايي براي شناخت بيشتر و عميق تر درس كارورزي مي باشد. در اين مقاله سعي بر بيان اهميت اين درس در دانشگاه فرهنگيان شده است كه دانشجو معلمان با گذراندن دوره هاي آن، مهارت هاي عملي فراواني در زمينه معلمي، حضور و اداره كلاس پيدا مي كنند. روش تحقيق به كار رفته در اين مقاله؛ روش توصيفي ـ تحليلي مي باشد كه به تحليل و توصيف داده هاي مورد بررسي در درس كارورزي تاكيد دارد. براي جمع آوري اطلاعات مورد نياز نيز از روش مطالعات كتابخانه اي و اسنادي استفاده شده است كه در اين روش به بررسي منابع چاپي و الكترونيكي در اين حوزه مطالعاتي رجوع كرده ايم. نتايج اين پژوهش نشان داده است كه كارورزي درسي دركنار ساير دروس نيست و پلي بين نظر و عمل است كه دانش و نظريه دانشگاهي را با كاربرد و مهارت در محيط كار تلفيق مي كند و مهارت هاي حرفه اي دانشجو معلمان را تقويت مي كند كه موجب آماده سازي آنان براي ورود قوي تر به كلاس درس مي شود. دانشجو معلماني كه دوره هاي كارورزي را گذرانده اند بهتر مي توانند از توانايي هاي خود استفاده كنند و استعدادهاي خود را شكوفا كنند.

The main purpose of this study is to provide solutions for more and deeper understanding of the internship course this article tries to express the importance of this course in Farhangian University that student teachers gain a lot of practical skills in the field of teacher, attendance and class management by passing those courses. The research method used in this article is descriptive-analytical which emphasizes the analysis and description of the data studied in the internship course. Library and documentary studies methods have been used to collect the required information that in this method, we have referred to printed and electronic sources in this field. The results of this study have shown that internship lesson is not alongside other lessons and the bridge between opinion and action which combines academic knowledge and theory with application and skills in the workplace and strengthens the professional skills of student teachers and prepares them for a stronger entry into the classroom. Student Teachers who have completed internships they can use their abilities better and blossom their own talents.
