بررسي نقش تجارب زيسته تحصيلي والدين و تمايز يافتگي معلمان در حس تعلق به مدرسه دانش آموزان

The role of parents 'lived university experiences and the difference between teachers' presence in their children's sense of belonging to school

يكي از وظايف اساسي هر نظام آموزشي، تربيت شهرونداني موثر، آگاه و مسئوليت پذير مي باشد كه در جهت اهداف و مقاصد جامعه ي خويش قدم برداشته و براي تعالي آن بكوشند. تمايزيافتگي يك ويژگي كم و بيش پايا و موثر در كيفيت زندگي است كه خود دربرگيرنده گروهي از شناسه ها است. در ادبيات علمي، تعلق به مدرسه با عنوان هاي ديگري همچون تعهد به مدرسه، پيوند با مدرسه و دلبستگي به مدرسه توصيف شده است. مطالعه حاضر يك مطالعه كيفي و از نوع زمينه اي يا مبنايي است كه به بررسي نقش تجارب زيسته تحصيلي والدين و تمايز يافتگي معلمان در حس تعلق به مدرسه فرزندان پرداخت. نمونه گيري به روش هدفمند بود. چنانچه از نتايج تحقيق مشخص شده است تجارب زيسته تحصيلي والدين اثر مستقيمي بر حس تعلق و كيفيت تحصيلي فرزندان دارد آنچنان كه اگر اين تجارب مثبت و همراه با موفقيت بوده موجب تعلقي با كيفيت بالا در فرزندان شده است. همچنين در معلمان نيز اگر معلمان در تمايزيافتگي چه در ساحت فردي و چه در ساحت بين فردي با مشكل مواجه بودند موجبات حس تعلق پايين را در فرزندان پديدآورده است.

One of the basic duties of any educational system is to educate effective, informed, and responsible citizens who are pursuing the goals and objectives of their community and working to upgrade it. Differentiation is a more or less permanent and effective quality of life feature that includes a set of identifiers. In scholarly literature, belonging to a school is described by other titles such as commitment to school, school affiliation, and attachment to school. This study is a qualitative study based on the type or basis that examines the role of parents' educational life experiences and the differentiation of teachers in the sense of belonging to the children's school. Sampling was purposeful. As the results of our research also show, parents' educational experiences have a direct impact on the children's sense of belonging and educational quality, as if these positive and successful experiences have led to high quality children's affection. Also, in teachers, if teachers were faced with the problem of differentiating both individually and interpersonally, they created a sense of belonging to the offspring.
