با توجه به روند رو به رشد مصرف انرژي الكتريكي و وابسته شدن هرچه بيشتر صنايع و مردم به آن تأمين انرژي تحت هر شرايطي جزء دغدغه‌هاي اصلي مسئولان محسوب مي‌گردد. براي دستيابي به اين مهم بايستي تدابير لازم انديشيده شوند تا در شرايط بحراني همچون وقوع جنگ بتوان انرژي الكتريكي را تا حد امكان تأمين كرد. از توليدات پراكنده با توجه به‌اندازه كوچك و نزديكي آن‌ها به بار مي‌توان به‌عنوان يك راهكار مفيد براي تأمين انرژي الكتريكي نام برد زيرا در صورت بروز مشكل در نيروگاه و يا خطوط انتقال صنايع مادر و حياتي همچنين بخشي از بار را توسط اين واحدها تامن كرد. همچنين به دلايلي اثرات مخرب نيروگاه‌هاي سوخت فسيلي و روبه اتمام بودن ايت سوخت‌ها توجه بسياري از محققان در عرصه توليد الكتريسيته با استفاده از انرژي‌هاي نو جلب شده است.

Due to the growing trend of electricity consumption and the increasing dependence of industries and people on it, energy supply under any circumstances is one of the main concerns of officials. To achieve this, the necessary measures must be considered to provide as much electricity as possible in critical situations such as war. Scattered products due to their small size and proximity to the load can be mentioned as a useful solution to supply electrical energy because in case of problems in power plants or transmission lines of the mother and vital industries, also part of the load by these units provide. Also, for some reason, the destructive effects of fossil fuel power plants and the depletion of these fuels have attracted the attention of many researchers in the field of electricity generation using new energy.
