شناسايي و بررسي روش‌هاي كشف جعل اسناد و راهكارهاي پيشگيري از آن

جعل اسناد و مدارك، از جرائم اصلي سلب اعتماد عمومي و اخلال در نظام اقتصادي كشور و يكي از عوامل مهم ناكارآمدي‌هاي اجتماعي در جامعه به شمار مي‌رود كه مي‌تواند بر امنيت عمومي كشور تأثيرات منفي بگذارد. ازآنجايي‌كه با پيشرفت علم و دانش، ابزارها و وسايل تغيير و تحريف در اسناد بيشتر در اختيار جاعلان اسناد قرار دارد، ضرورت دارد كه متقابلاً با به‌كارگيري تجهيزات و روش‌هاي علمي، جهت تشخيص و شناسايي اسناد مجعول گام برداشت. اين پژوهش ازنظر نوع و هدف، كاربردي و ازنظر ماهيت روش توصيفي- تحليلي است. تدوين ادبيات موضوع و مباحث نظري از روش‌هاي كتابخانه‌اي و مطالعه متون، مقالات، كتب و منابع مربوطه جمع‌آوري‌شده است. نتايج اين تحقيق نشان ميدهد كه جرم جعل كه نردباني براي دستيابي به ساير جرائم تلقي مي‌شود، به‌شدت نيازمند به‌كارگيري پتانسيل‌هاي علمي موجود روز دنيا به‌عنوان ابزار اصلي مبارزه با آن است. براي موفقيت در اين مأموريت مهم، ابتدا بايد با استفاده از شاخص‌هاي امنيتي لازم، اوراق بهادار ايمن توليد كرد. سپس در صورت وقوع جعل، با به‌كارگيري فناوري‌هاي نوين، نسبت به جرم يابي و كشف اسناد جعلي و دستگيري جاعلين اقدام كرد.

Forgery of documents is one of the main crimes of losing public trust and disrupting the country's economic system and is one of the important causes of social inefficiencies in society that can have a negative impact on public security. Since with the advancement of science and knowledge, the tools and means of change and distortion in documents are more available to forgers, it is necessary to take steps to identify and identify forged documents by using scientific equipment and methods. This research is applied in terms of type and purpose and descriptive-analytical in terms of nature. Compilation of subject literature and theoretical topics has been collected from library methods and study of relevant texts, articles, books and sources. The results of this study show that the crime of forgery, which is considered a ladder to achieve other crimes, is in great need of using the existing scientific potential of the world as the main tool to combat it. To succeed in this important mission, you must first produce secure securities using the necessary security metrics. Then, in the event of forgery, he used new technologies to criminalize and detect forged documents and arrest forgers.
