چكيده فارسي :
يكي از پيچيده ترين مسائل در شهرهاي جهان، نرخ بالاي جرم و افزايش ناهنجاريهاي اجتماعي در آنهاست. بروز انواع جرم و ناهنجاري باعث ايجاد حس ناامني و تحميل مشكلات مالي بر دوش جامعه، دولت و تشكيلات قضائي كشور ميشود. امروزه افزايش تصاعدي ميزان وقوع جرم به موازات افزايش جمعيت، در اكثر كشورهاي جهان قابل مشاهده است. مبارزه با جرم و كجرويهاي اجتماعي منوط به شناخت عوامل بروز جرم است. بنابراين با از بين بردن اين عوامل يا كاهش اثرات آن ميتوان از بروز جرايم پيشگيري نموده و يا حداقل از ميزان آن در جامعه كاست. جرم يا انحراف چراغ خطري است كه نشان از نقايص يا كمبودهاي جامعه دارد و معمولاً داراي علل و عوامل مختلف است. در اين تحقيق علل و عواملي از قبيل سن، تحصيلات، تاهل، جنسيت، اشتغال، سابقه كيفري، تابعيت، توازن دخل و خرج، اعتياد ،ميزان مذهبي بودن، مورد توجه است و به بررسي ارتباط ميان عوامل فوق با جرم افراد پرداخته است. روش مطالعه در اين پژوهش روش تحليل داده هاي موجود است. به اين صورت كه با مطالعه پرونده هاي تمامي مجرماني كه در فروردين 1400 دستگيرشدهاند كه شامل تعداد 137 پرونده مي باشد، محقق اقدام به ساخت يك پرسشنامه نموده و اطلاعات قابل تحليل را در آن وارد نموده است و سپس اقدام به تحليل آن نموده است. مورد بررسي قرار گرفت؛ نتايج مطالعات نشان ميدهد بين سن، جنسيت، اشتغال، تحصيلات، تاهل، تابعيت، توازن دخل و خرج، اعتياد و ميزان مذهبي بودن با ارتكاب جرم رابطه معني داري وجود دارد. و بين سابقه كيفري و ارتكاب جرم رابط معني داري وجود ندارد.

One of the most complex issues in the cities of the world is the high crime rate and the increase of social anomalies in them. The occurrence of all kinds of crimes and anomalies creates a sense of insecurity and imposes financial problems on the society, the government and the judiciary. Today, the exponential increase in crime rate in parallel with the increase in population can be seen in most countries of the world. The fight against crime and social perversion depends on recognizing the causes of crimes. Therefore, by eliminating these factors or reducing theirs effects, crimes can be prevented or at least reduced them in society. Crime or deviation is a danger light that indicates the shortcomings of society and usually has various causes and factors. In this study, causes and factors such as age, education, marriage, gender, employment, criminal record, citizenship, income and expenditure balance, addiction, religiousness, have been considered by the author and the relationship between these factors with crime has been investigated. For this purpose, the files of all those who committed crimes in Ferdows city in April, which includes 137 cases, were examined; The results of studies show that there is a significant relationship between age, gender, employment, education, marriage, citizenship, income and expenditure balance, addiction and the degree of religiosity with crime. But there is no significant relationship between criminal history and crime.
