چكيده فارسي :
ﺳـﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﯾﺎت داﺧﻞ ﺧﻮدرو ،ﯾﮑﯽ از اﻧﻮاع ﺳـﺮﻗﺖ ﻫﺎ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ وﻗﻮع و ﺷﯿﻮع آن در اﻏﻠﺐ ﻣﻮارد، ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ اﯾﺠﺎد ﻣﺸـﮑﻼت ﻣﺎﻟﯽ و ﻣﻌﯿﺸﺘﯽ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺎﻟﺒﺎﺧﺘﮕﺎن، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺸــﺄ ﺑﺮوز اﺣﺴــﺎس ﻧﺎاﻣﻨﯽ در ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﮔﺮدد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﺪﯾﺪه ﻣﺬﻣﻮم ﻋﻼوه ﺑﺮ وارد ﮐﺮدن ﺧﺴﺎرت ﻣﺎﻟﯽ، ﻣﺎﻟﺒﺎﺧﺘﻪ را ﻣﺘﺤﻤﻞ ﺿﺮﺑﻪ ﺷﺪﯾﺪ روﺣﯽ و رواﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﻧﻤﺎﯾﺪ و ﻣﻄﺎﻟﺒﺎت از ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﯽدﻫﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ درﺻﺪد اﺳﺖ ﺗﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ وﻗﻮع ﺳــﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﯾﺎت داﺧﻞ ﺧﻮدرو در ﺷــﻬﺮ ﻣﺸــﻬﺪ و اراﺋﻪ راﻫﮑﺎر ﺑﭙﺮدازد. اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑـﺎ ﺗﻮﺟـﻪ ﺑـﻪ ﻣـﺎﻫﯿﺖ ﻣﻮﺿــﻮع ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ و از ﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف، ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﯽ ﻣ ﯿﺪاﻧﯽ و ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي اﺳــﺖ و از ﻧﻈﺮﮐﻨﺘﺮل ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎ ، ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﯽ ﻏﯿﺮ آزﻣﺎﯾﺸــﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﺗﻮﺻــﯿﻔﯽ، اﺳﻨﺎدي و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ اﺳﺖ.روش ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي ﺗﻤﺎمﺷﻤﺎر ﺑﻮده و اﺑﺰار ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ ﻧﯿﺰ ﭘﺮﺳــﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ و ﻣﺮاﺟﻌﻪ ﺑﻪ اﺳﻨﺎد و ﻣﺪارك ﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري در اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻋﺒﺎرت اﺳـﺖ از ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺳـﺎرﻗﯿﻦ ﺧﻮدر و ﺷـﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪﮐﻪ در زﻧﺪان و ﺑﺎزداﺷﺘﮕﺎه ﻫﺴﺘﻨﺪ وﺣﺠﻢ ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 40 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺳـﺎرﻗﯿﻦ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﯾﺎت ﺧﻮدرو در ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ)ﻫﻤﻪ ﺳﺎرﻗﯿﻦ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﯾﺎت ﺧﻮدرو در ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﺪاد 40 ﻧﻔﺮﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺎ روش ﺗﻤﺎم ﺷﻤﺎر ﻫﻤﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﮔﺮدﯾﺪﻧﺪ( ﮐﻪ در زﻧﺪان ﯾﺎ ﺑﺎزداﺷـﺘﮕﺎه ﺑﻪ ﺳﺮ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺮدﻧﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﺪﺳـﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ارزش ﻣﻌﯿﺎرﻫﺎي ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ ﮐﺴﺐ ﺷﺪه در ﺗﺠﺰﯾﻪ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻧﺎﺷﯽ از داده ﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻣﻘﺪار، ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻮد از : ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﺑﺎ ارزش 170 ، ﺧﻠﻮت ﺑﻮدن ﻣﺤـﻞ ﺑـﺎ ارزش 161، ﺗﺎرﯾﮑﯽ ﻫﻮا و ﺗﺠﻬﯿﺰ ﺧﻮدرو ﺑﻪ دزدﮔﯿﺮ ﺑﺎ ارزش 156 ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿـﺖ درب ﻗﻔﻞ ﺧﻮدروﻫ ﺎ ﺑﺎ ارزش 150، اﯾﺎم ﺗﻌﻄﯿﻞ ﺑﺎ ارزش 142 و ﻣﻌﯿﺎر ﻣﺎﺷـﯿﻦ ﻫﺎي اﯾﺮاﻧﯽ ﺑﺎ ارزش 141. ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﻫﺎي ﺻﻮرت ﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ ،ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻠﻪ از ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﯿﺎن ﻣﯽ دارد ﮐﻪ ﻣﻬﻤﺘﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ وﻗﻮع ﺳﺮﻗﺖ ﻣﺤﺘﻮﯾﺎت ﺧﻮدرو در ﺷﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ ﻋﺒﺎرت ﺑﻮد از ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ )آﺳﯿﺐ ﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ( ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ –ﻣﺬﻫﺒﯽ و ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺤﯿﻄﯽ .
چكيده لاتين :
Theft of car contents is one of the types of thefts, the occurrence and prevalence of which in most cases, in addition to creating financial and livelihood problems for the victims, can be a source of insecurity in society. Therefore, the present study seeks to address the causes of theft of car contents in the city of Mashhad and provide a solution. Due to the nature of the research subject and in terms of purpose, this research is a field and applied research and in terms of controlling variables, it is a non-experimental research of descriptive, documentary and survey type. The sampling method is all-inclusive and the data collection tool is a questionnaire and reference. It has been to the documents. The statistical population in this study is all car thieves in Mashhad who are in prison and detention center and the sample size of 40 car thieves in Mashhad (all car thieves in Mashhad are 40 people, all of them by the method of counting all of them Were selected) while in prison or detention center. According to the obtained results, it can be said that the value of environmental criteria obtained in the analysis resulting from statistical data, respectively, were: areas with a value of 170, privacy of a place with a value of 161, darkness and vehicle equipment Alarm with a value of 156, quality of car door lock with a value of 150, holidays with a value of 142 and standard of Iranian cars with a value of 141. Based on the studies, the results of the present study indicate that the most important factors in the occurrence of theft of car contents in Mashhad were social factors (social harms), economic factors, cultural-religious factors and environmental factors, respectively.
