Measurement altruistic behavior of the police and its components (Case study: Citizens of urban areas of Mashhad)

نوع دوســتي يــك رفتار اجتماعــي،اخلاقــي و ارزشي اســت كه پاسخي مثبت، به رفاه و نياز ديگران داده مي شود و هدف آن كمك به ديگران نفع رساني به ديگري و مسئوليت پذير بودن در برابر ديگران است.هدف پژوهش حاضر سنجش ميزان رفتارهاي نوع دوستانه پليس و مولفه هاي آن بوده است.روش كمي مبتني بر پيمايش شهروندان20 تا 49 ساله مناطق شهري مشهد بوده كه بر اساس نمونه گيري متناسب با حجم هر منطقه به طور خوشه اي تصادفي در حدود 600 ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺗﮑﯿﻪ ﺑﺮ ﭘﺮﺳــﺸــﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﺤﻘﻖ ﺳــﺎﺧﺘﻪ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻃﯿﻒ)1 ﺗﺎ7( ﻟﯿﮑﺮت اﻃﻼﻋﺎت ﺟﻤﻊ آوري ﺷــﺪه اﺳــﺖ.ﺿــﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺑﺮاﺑﺮ ﺑﺎ)0/822( و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻣﺴــﺌﻮﻟﯿﺖ ﭘﺬﯾﺮي،)0/832( ﻫﻤﺪﻟﯽ)0/834( و دﯾﮕﺮﺧﻮاﻫﯽ)0/835( ﺑﺪﺳــﺖ آﻣﺪه اﺳـﺖ.ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ ﻧﺸﺎن از اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ و ﻣﻮﻟﻔﻪ ﻫﺎي آن ﻣﺘﻮﺳﻂ روﺑﻪ ﺑﺎﻻ ﺑﻮده اﺳــﺖ و در ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﻣﻨﻄﻘﻪ 13 )ﺛﺎﻣﻦ( از ﻣﻮﻗﻌﯿﺖ ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺑﻬﺘﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻧﺴـﺒﺖ دﯾﮕﺮ ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردارﺑﻮده اﺳﺖ. ﺟﻨﺴﯿﺖ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺧﻄﺎي 0/05 ﺑﺎ رﻓﺘﺎرﻫﺎي ﻧﻮع دوﺳـﺘﺎﻧﻪ ﭘﻠﯿﺲ داﺷـﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ و ﺳﺎﯾﺮ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮﻫﺎي زﻣﯿﻨﻪ اي راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎدار ﺑﺎ ﺳــﻨﺠﺶ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺪاﺷــﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ.ﻣﯿﺎﻧﮕﯿﻦ ﺧﻮﺷــﻪ ﻫﺎي ﻣﻨﺰﻟﺘﯽ، ﻣﻨﺎﻃﻖ ﺷـﻬﺮداري و ﺳـﺮﮐﻼﻧﺘﺮي ﻫﺎي ﺣﻮزه اﺳـﺘﺤﻔﺎﻇﯽ ﺷـ ﻬﺮ ﻣﺸﻬﺪ ﺑﺎ ﻣﺘﻐﯿﺮ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ راﺑﻄﻪ ﻣﻌﻨﺎداري در ﺳـﻄﺢ ﺧﻄﺎي 0/05 داﺷﺘﻪ اﻧﺪ و ﺑﺮاﺳﺎس اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ از آزﻣﻮن ﻧﺮﻣﺎﻟﯿﺘﻪ ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار ﻧﺒﻮده اﺳﺖ.ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﺣﺎﮐﯽ از اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻘﺪار ﻣﺠﺬور ﮐﺎي ﺑﻪدﺳﺖآﻣﺪه از ﺿﺮاﯾﺐ ﻓﯽ در ﺳﻄﺢ ﺧﻄﺎي ﮐﻮﭼﮏﺗﺮ از 0/05 ﻗﺮار داﺷﺘﻪ)0/05

Friendship is a social, moral, and value behavior that responds positively to the well-being and needs of others and its purpose is to help others benefit others and to be accountable to others. The purpose of this study was to measure the altruistic behaviors of the police and its components. The quantitative method was based on surveying citizens aged 20 to 49 years old in urban areas of Mashhad. Based on sampling appropriate to the size of each area, randomly clustered about 600 findings based on a researcher-made questionnaire based on the range of (1 to 7) Likert data were has been collected. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is variable equal to (0.822) and the components of responsibility, (0.832) empathy (0.834) and altruism (0.835) are obtained. Findings show that the average status of the variable and its dimensions has been upward and the level of the region 13 (Samen) has a better average position than other urban areas. Gender had a significant relationship at the 0.05 error level with altruistic behaviors of the police and other contextual variables did not have a significant relationship with measuring the research variable. The mean of status clusters, municipal areas and head offices of Mashhad protected area had a significant relationship with the research variable at the error level of 0.05 and based on the findings did not have a normality test. The results of Friedman test indicate that the amount of chi-square obtained from Phi coefficients is at the error level less than 0.05 (P <0.05) and statistically with 95% confidence of the mean component were significantly different; This means that the components of responsibility, empathy and otherness were higher than average, respectively.
