چكيده فارسي :
اﻣﺮوزه به گفته برخي صاحب نظران به دﻟﯿﻞ ﺗﻤﺮﮐﺰ ﺑﺎﻻي ﺟﻤﻌﯿﺖ و فعاليت‌هاي بزرگ‌مقياس و ﻓﺮاواﻧﯽ خودروها و تغيير نوع جرائم نسبت به گذشته ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ آراﻣﺶ و اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺷﻬﺮوﻧﺪان كاري سخت و نيازمند هزينه و صرف وقت فراواني است. اﻣﻨﯿﺖ به‌عنوان ﯾﮑﯽ از مؤلفه‌هاي اﺻﻠﯽ كيفيت‌بخشي ﺑﻪ ﻓﻀﺎﻫﺎي شهري، از ﺟﺎﯾﮕﺎﻫﯽ وﯾﮋه ﺑﺮﺧﻮردار اﺳﺖ، ﭼﻨﺎﻧﮑﻪ اﮔﺮ در ﻓﻀﺎﯾﯽ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ اﺻﻮل طراحانِ رﻋﺎﯾﺖ ﺷﺪه ﺑﺎﺷـﺪ اﻣﺎ ﺑﻪ ﻟﺤﺎظ اﻣﻨﯿﺖ ﺷﺮاﯾﻂ ﻣﻨﺎﺳﺒﯽ ﻧﺪاﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ، نمي‌تواند ﻣﻮﻓﻖ ﻋﻤﻞ ﮐﻨﺪ. به‌رغم آن‌كه مسئله‌ي اﻣﻨﯿﺖ در ﻫﺮ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﯾﮏ مسئله‌ي ﭘﯿﭽﯿﺪه و داراي اﺑﻌﺎد ﻣﺘﻨﻮع و ﻣﺘﻌﺪد اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ، اﻗﺘﺼﺎدي و ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ مي‌باشد، به دليل وجود رابطه بين فضا و جرم در ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ امنيت نبايد از نقش عوامل كالبدي غافل شد ﺑﺮ ﻫﻤﯿﻦ اﺳﺎس ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎضر با هدف ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ و ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ عوامل كالبدي-عملكردي مؤثر و مرتبط بر پتانسيل وقوع جرم سرقت به بررسي نظريات ارتباط جرم با محيط در قرن گذشته تا آخرين نظريات مطرح شده معاصر پرداخته است. روش ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ شناختي- ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻠﯽ با رويكرد تئوريك و ابزار گردآوري مطالعه اسناد كتابخانه‌اي مي‌باشد. در اين پژوهش براي شناسايي عوامل كالبدي عملكردي مرتبط وقوع جرم ابتدا مولفه هاي محيطي (كالبدي-عملكردي) و نظريات موجود با محوريت ارتباط جرم با محيط از منابع مختلف جمع‌آوري و پس از آن عوامل محيطي شامل مولفه هاي كالبدي و عملكردي از ديدگاه صاحب نظران مورد بررسي قرارگرفته اند. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻧﺸﺎن مي‌دهد بر اساس نظريات بررسي شده، بين برخي از عوامل محيطي و شرايط به وقوع پيوستن جرم ارتباط مستقيمي وجود دارد.مولفه هاي شناسايي شده در اين پژوهش شامل اندازه و فضا، فرم فضا، بلوك‌بندي،فشردگي بافت،تناسبات بصري،انعطاف‌پذيري كالبدي،مبلمان،پوشش گياهي،نور،اختلاط كاربري، انعطاف‌پذيري عملكردي،سرزندگي،قابليت دسترسي،ﻧﻔﻮذﭘﺬﯾﺮي، خوانايي راحتي آسايش،آرامش مي‌باشد.

Today, according to some experts, due to the high concentration of population and large-scale activities and the abundance of cars and changing the type of crime compared to the past, providing security to citizens is a difficult task and requires a lot of money and time. Security, as one of the main components of quality in urban spaces, has a special place, as if in a space all the principles of design are observed but in terms of security are not suitable, it can not be successful. Despite the fact that the issue of security in any society is a complex issue with various social, economic and cultural dimensions, due to the relationship between space and crime in providing security, the role of environmental factors should not be overlooked. With the aim of identifying and analyzing the environmental factors affecting and related to the potential for the crime of theft, has examined theories of the relationship between crime and the environment in the last century to the latest contemporary theories. The research method in this cognitive-analytical research is with a theoretical approach and a collection tool of the library professor's study. In this study, in order to identify the environmental factors related to the occurrence of crime, first the environmental components and existing theories of the relationship between crime and the environment have been collected from various sources and then environmental factors including environmental components have been studied from experts. The results show that according to the theories, there is a direct relationship between some environmental factors and the circumstances of the crime. Components identified in this study include size and space, space form, blocking, tissue compaction, visual proportions, physical flexibility, furniture, vegetation, light, functional mixing, functional flexibility, vitality, accessibility, permeability, The readability of comfort is comfort.
