چكيده فارسي :
اداره اطلاعات جنايي به عنوان اداره اي نوپا در پليس آگاهي، وظيفه سازماندهي، جمع آوري، تحليل و طبقه بندي اطلاعات ورودي به پليس آگاهي دارد و به نوعي خوراك اطلاعاتي دواير اجرايي و عملياتي را تامين مي كند. در اين پژوهش قصد بر آن است نقش نهاد هاي برون سازماني را در عملكرد اداره اطلاعات جنايي پليس آگاهي بررسي نموده و در كنار آن عملكرد اداره اطلاعات جنايي را در اقدامات خاصي كه به آن محول شده نيز ارزيابي شد.
روش شناسي: اين تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر روش كمي است. ابزار گردآوري اطلاعات، پرسشنامه است كه اطلاعات مورد نياز آن از طريق كارشناسان پليس آگاهي انتظامي استان خراسان رضوي، به تعداد 41 نفر در سال 99 جمع آوري شده است. ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ براي آزمون پايايي در اين تحقيق نمره 0.921 به دست آمد. از نرم افزار آماري SPSS براي آزمودن فرضيه ها استفاده شده است.
يافته ها: نقش كليه نهاد هاي برون سازماني شناسايي شده شامل نهادهاي خدماتي، فني و مخابراتي، مالي و آموزشي، در عملكرد اداره اطلاعات جنايي به غير از نهاد هاي آموزشي تاييد شده است و از نظر كارشناسان نقش نهاد هاي فني و مخابراتي، خدماتي، مالي و اقدامات خاص اداره اطلاعات جنايي به ترتيب در عملكرد اداره اطلاعات جنايي موثر بوده است و براي نهاد هاي آموزشي با توجه به مولفه هاي شناسايي شده نقشي در نظر گرفته نشده است.
نتيجه گيري: از نظر الويت نقش نهادهاي برون سازماني فني و مخابراتي و مالي اهميت بيشتري در عملكرد اداره اطلاعات جنايي دارد و ,نياز است نيرو و امكانات بيشتري به اداره اطلاعات جنايي در جهت بهبود عملكرد پليس آگاهي تخصيص يابد و تعامل بيشتري با نهاد هاي مالي برقرار گردد.

Criminal Intelligence Department, as a fledgling department in the C. I. D. police, has the task of organizing, collecting, analyzing and classifying the incoming information to the intelligence police and in a way provides the information feed for the executive and operational departments. In this research, the purpose of this study is to examine the role of external organizations in the performance of the Criminal Intelligence Department of the C. I. D. Police, and in addition, the performance of the Criminal Intelligence Department was also evaluated in the specific measures assigned to it.
Methodology: This research is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of method. The tool for collecting information is a questionnaire, the required information of which has been collected through the experts of police intelligence of Khorasan Razavi province, in the number of 41 people in 2019. Cronbach's alpha coefficient for the reliability test in this research was 0.921. SPSS statistical software was used to test the hypotheses.
Findings: The role of all identified extra-organizational institutions, including service, technical and telecommunication, financial and educational institutions, has been confirmed in the operation of the Criminal Intelligence Department, except for educational institutions, and according to experts, the role of technical and telecommunication, service, Financial and specific measures of the Criminal Intelligence Department have been effective in the performance of the Criminal Intelligence Department, respectively, and no role has been considered for educational institutions according to the identified components.
Conclusion: In terms of priority, the role of external technical, telecommunication and financial institutions is more important in the performance of the C. I. D. and need to allocate more power and resources to the Criminal Intelligence Department in order to improve the performance of the C. I. D. police.
