Take a Critical Look at for Commitment or Expertise in From the Perspective of Islamic Criminology and Criminal Sociology

ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﺒﺎﺣﺚ اﺧﺘﻼﻓﯽ ﮐﻪ از دﯾﺮﺑﺎز ﻣﻮردﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﻗﺮارﮔﺮﻓﺘﻪ اﺳﺖ اﯾﻦ اﻣﺮ ﻣﻮﺿﻮع ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ در ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶﻫﺎﯾﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻣﯽﮔﯿﺮد، ﺣﺪاﻗﻞ در ﺑﺮﻫﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﺻﺮ ﺑﻌﺪ از اﻧﻘﻼب اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﻦ ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ آﯾﺎ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ اﺻﻞ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ ﻣﻼك ﻋﻤﻞ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ ﯾﺎ اﺻﻞ ﺗﺨﺼﺺ ﻓﺮد ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺰﯾﻨﺶ ﻣﻮردﻧﻈﺮ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺎ ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ دﯾﺪﮔﺎهﻫﺎي ﻣﺨﺘﻠﻒ ﮐﻪ ﻏﺎﻟﺒﺎً در دو ﻃﯿﻒ ﻓﮑﺮي ﻗﺎﺑﻞﺑﺤﺚ و ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ اﺳﺖ؛ ﮔﺮوﻫﯽ از ﻣﻨﻈﺮ ﻧﮕﺎه اﯾﺪﺋﻮﻟﻮژﯾﮏ و اﻧﻘﻼﺑﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺗﻌﻬﺪ اﻋﺘﻘﺎد دارﻧﺪ ﻣﻌﺘﻘﺪﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺗﺨﺼﺺ ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪ دﻧﺒﺎل آن ﻣﯽآﯾﺪ )دﯾﺪﮔﺎه ﻣﺼﻠﺤﺖﮔﺮاﯾﯽ(. ﺑﺮﺧﯽ دﯾﮕﺮ در ﻧﻘﻄﻪ ﻣﻘﺎﺑﻞ ﺗﺨﺼﺺ را ﻣﻮردﺑﺤﺚ ﻗﺮار ﻣﯽدﻫﻨﺪ؛ اﻏﻠﺐ اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد را ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺑﺎ دﯾﺪﮔﺎهﻫﺎي ﺗﮑﻨﻮﮐﺮات ﻧﻮﻋﺎً دﯾﻦﮔﺮﯾﺰ ﻣﯽﺷﻨﺎﺳﻨﺪ. در اﯾﻦ ﻣﻘﺎﻟﻪ درﺻﺪد ﻫﺴﺘﯿﻢ ﺿﻤﻦ اراﺋﻪ روﯾﮑﺮدي ﺑﯿﻨﺎﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس آﻣﻮزهﻫﺎي ﻣﯿﺎنرﺷﺘﻪاي )ﭘﺎﺳﺨﯽ ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ آﻣﻮزهﻫﺎي ﺟﺮمﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ اﺳﻼﻣﯽ وﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﯽ ﺟﻨﺎﯾﯽ...( ﺑﺮاي اﯾﻦ ﻧﺰاع ﺗﺌﻮرﯾﮏ و درﻋﯿﻦﺣﺎل ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي ﺑﯿﺎﺑﯿﻢ و ﭘﺎﺳﺨﯽ واﻗﻊﮔﺮا ﻣﺒﺘﻨﯽ ﺑﺮ واﻗﻌﯿﺎت ﺑﻪ آن دﻫﯿﻢ.

One of the controversial issues that has been considered for a long time is this issue. In the choices that are made, at least in the contemporary period after the Islamic Revolution, the question is whether the principle of commitment should be the criterion or the principle of expertise should be the desired choice. By examining different perspectives that are often debatable in two intellectual spectrums; some believe in commitment from an ideological and revolutionary point of view, believing that specialization also follows (expediency perspective). Others argue against specialization; Most of these people are best known for their typologically atheistic views. In this article, we try to find an intermediate approach based on interdisciplinary teachings (a new answer based on the teachings of Islamic criminology, etc.) for this theoretical and at the same time practical conflict and give a realistic answer based on facts.
