بررسي تأثير قابليت‌ها و اقدامات مديريت كيفيت زنجيره تأمين بر عملكرد نوآوري و عملياتي (مورد مطالعه‌ي شركت‌هاي صنايع غذايي مشهد)

Investigating the Impact of Supply Chain Quality Management Practices and Capabilities on Operational and Innovation Performance (A Case Study of Food Industry Companies in Mashhad)

به اعتقاد بسياري از محققان و صاحب‌نظران، امروزه رقابت از سطح شركت به رقابت ميان زنجيره تأمين آن‌ها سوق داده‌شده و يك زنجيره تأمين كارا و چالاك به‌عنوان مزيتي رقابتي و بسيار مهم و تعيين‌كننده در عرصه رقابت محسوب مي‌شود. دراين‌راستا، بسياري از محققان معتقدند با كشيده شدن رقابت از سطح شركت‌ها به سطح زنجيره‌‌ تأمين آن‌ها، كيفيت و مديريت كيفيت نيز بايد از سطح شركت‌ها به سطح زنجيره تأمين آن‌ها گسترش داده شود؛ به‌طوري‌كه مديريت كيفيت زنجيره تأمين مي‌تواند به يك شركت در هماهنگ نمودن اجراي همه‌ فعاليت‌ها به‌طور يكنواخت كمك كند تا درنهايت باعث بهبود عملكرد خود در زنجيره تأمين شود. پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسي تأثير قابليت‌ها و اقدامات مديريت كيفيت زنجيره تأمين بر عملكرد نوآوري و عملياتي در شركت‌هاي صنايع غذايي مشهد انجام‌ شده است. براي اين كار پس از مرور ادبيات و شناسايي شاخص‌ها، پرسش‌نامه‌اي استاندارد بين سيصد و چهل مدير فعال در شركت‌هاي صنايع غذايي مشهد توزيع و طبق جدول مورگان 181 نمونه از بين پرسش‌نامه‌هاي تكميل‌شده انتخاب گرديد. روش پژوهش ازنظر هدف كاربردي و ازنظر نحوه‌ي گردآوري اطلاعات، توصيفي- پيمايشي است و براي آزمون فرضيات و پاسخ‌گويي به سؤالات، از مدل‌سازي معادلات ساختاري استفاده شده و درنهايت با تأييد فرضيات پژوهش مشخص گرديد كه قابليت‌ها و اقدامات مديريت كيفيت زنجيره تأمين بر عملكرد نوآوري و عملياتي تأثيرگذار است.

Recently, based on the opinions of many researchers and experts, the competition in the corporate level has changed into competition in the supply chain level. An efficient and agile supply chain is considered as a competitive advantage and decisive in the field of competition. Therefore, many researchers argue that as competition shifts from the corporate level to the supply chain level, the quality management and quality as a result should also expand from the corporate level to the supply chain level; So that supply chain quality management can help a company to coordinate the uniform execution of all activities in the supply chain to ultimately improve its performance. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of supply chain quality management practices and capabilities on operational and innovation performance in Mashhad Food Industry companies. In order to do this, after reviewing the literature and identifying indicators, standard questionnaires were distributed among 340 active managers in Mashhad food industry companies and according to Morgan table, 181 samples were selected from the completed questionnaires. The research method is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive-survey in terms of data collection. To test the hypotheses and answer the questions, structural equation modeling was used. Finally, by confirming the research hypotheses, it was found that the capabilities and supply chain quality management practices affect the innovation and operational performance.
