چكيده فارسي :
ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﯾﻦ ﮐﻪ ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﻪ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ اﺳﺎس و زﯾﺮﺑﻨﺎي ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻘﺎت ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ، ﻟﺬا ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﺑﺎ ﻫﺪف، ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ ﺑﺮ ﺑﻬﺮه ور ي ﺳﺎزﻣﺎنﻫﺎي آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺑﺎ ﺗﺎﮐﯿﺪ ﺑﺮ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢﻫﺎي اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﻪ روش ﮐﯿﻔﯽ از ﻧﻮع داده ﺑﻨﯿﺎد اﻧﺠﺎم ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺟﻤﻌﯽ از ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺣﻮزه ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﺑﻮد. 25ﻧﻔﺮ ﺑﻪ روش ﻏﯿﺮﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ از ﻧﻮع ﻫﺪفﻣﻨﺪ ﺑﻪ ﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. اﺑﺰارﮔﺮدآوري داده ﻫﺎ اﻧﺠﺎم ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﻧﯿﻤﻪﺳﺎﺧﺘﺎر ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﺑﺎ ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﺣﻮزه ﺑﻬﺮه وري ﺑﻮد . ﺑﺎ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﻣﻔﻬﻮﻣﯽ داده ﻫﺎ، 20ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﻣﻮﺛﺮ در ﺑﻬﺮه وري، 16ﻣﺎﻧﻊ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ در ﺑﻬﺮه وري، 12ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺑﺴﺘﺮﺳﺎز ﺑﻬﺮه وري، 35 ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ راﻫﺒﺮدي، 20ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﻋﻠّﯽ و 7ﭘﯿﺎﻣﺪ ﺳﺎزﻣﺎﻧﯽ ﺣﻮل ﭘﻨﺞ ﻣﺤﻮر اﺻﻠﯽ آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ، ﭘﮋوﻫﺸﯽ، ﻓﺮﻫﻨﮕﯽ، داﻧﺸﺠﻮﯾﯽ و اﻋﺘﺒﺎرات و اﻣﮑﺎﻧﺎت ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ و در ﭘﺎﯾﺎن، ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺣﺎﺻﻞ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﭘﻨﺞ ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪ و ﯾﮏ ﻣﺪل اراﯾﻪ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ .
چكيده لاتين :
Considering that the study of social systems is the basis of organizational research, the present study was conducted with the aim of analyzing the factors affecting the productivity of educational organizations with emphasis on social systems in a qualitative way from the Grounded Theory type. The statistical population of the study was a group of experts in the field of productivity. 25 people were randomly selected as a sample. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview with productivity experts. Through the conceptual analysis of the data, 20 effective organizational factors in productivity, 16 organizational obstacles in productivity, 12 organizational factors that form the basis of productivity, 35 strategic organizational factors, 20 causal factors and 7 organizational consequences were obtained around the five main axes of education, research, culture, student and credits and facilities. Finally, the results were presented as five hypotheses and a model.
