بررسي آراء و افكار فيلسوفان و دلالت هاي تربيتي نظريه هاي آنان از موضوعاتي است كه همواره محققان جهت كسب بينش كافي و همه جانبه به انجام آن مبادرت مي ورزند. در اين نوشتار نيز آراء و نظريه هاي فلسفي برتراند راسل كه يكي از فيلسوفان بزرگ در فلسفه تحليلي مي باشد بررسي گرديده است. اين بررسي با مطالعه كتابخانه اي و تحليل محتواي كيفي انجام شده، به طوريكه ابتدا ديدگاه هاي وي در مورد مسائل اساسي فلسفي به ميزاني كه در كتب خويش بدانها پرداخته است مطالعه و سپس استنتاجاتي كه مي توان از اين ديدگاهها در خصوص برنامه درسي و ماهيت عناصر آن بدست آورد ارائه شده است كه در عنصر اهداف به پرورش خرد، هوش، روحيه علمي، انسانهاي آزاد انديش و..، در عنصر محتوا بر رعايت نظريه تطابق در اعتبار سنجي محتوا و پرداختن به موضوعاتي كه در پرورش ذهن ، روحيه علمي و تربيت اجتماعي تاثير گذارند، در عنصر روش بيشتر بر روشهاي مكتب رفتار گرايي و استقراء و همچنين اندكي نيز به روشهاي شناخت گرايان و شهود اشاره شده است و در فرايند ارزشيابي نيز ارزيابي چگونگي انديشيدن و روحيه علمي شاگرد از طريق آزمون هاي هدف-آزاد و عملكردي ذكر شده است.پس از اين دلالت ها، نكات مثبت و منفي ديدگاه هاي راسل نيز بررسي گرديده است.

This article also examines the philosophical views and theories of Bertrand Russell, one of the great philosophers in analytic philosophy. This study was done by library study and qualitative content analysis, so that first his views on basic philosophical issues as much as he has addressed in his books and then the conclusions that can be drawn from these views on the curriculum and the nature of the elements It has been achieved that in the element of goals to cultivate wisdom, intelligence, scientific spirit, free-thinking people, etc., in the element of content on the observance of the theory of conformity in content validation and addressing issues in cultivating the mind, scientific spirit and education In the element of method, more is mentioned on the methods of the school of behaviorism and induction, and also a little on the methods of epistemologists and intuition. an‎d in the evaluation process, the evaluation of the student's way of thinking and scientific spirit through goal-free and functional tests is mentioned. After these implications, the positive and negative points of Russell's views are also examined.
