تدوين الگوي كاهش سرقت بر اساس نظرات طرفين سرقت؛ مالباختگان و سارقين (رويكردي تركيبي، مطالعه موردي شهرستان قروه)

Development of a model for reducing theft based on the views of the parties to the theft; losers and thieves (combined approach, case study of Qorveh city)

هدف اين پژوهش تدوين الگوي كاهش سرقت بر اساس نظرات طرفين سرقت؛مالباختگان و سارقيندر شهرستان قروهاست. براي دستيابي به اين هدف از روش تحقيق تركيبي، نوع همسوسازي هم‌زمان كه در آن داده‌هاي كمي و كيفي به‌صورت هم‌زمان به‌منظور دستيابي به درك عميق­تر مسئله پژوهش جمع‌آوري مي‌شود، استفاده گرديد. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل سه طيف مختلف بود: 1- جامعه سارقين 2- جامعه مالباختگان 3- جامعه متخصصان روانشناسي و اجتماعي و انتظامي. براي انتخاب نمونه از جامعه سارقين و متخصصان از روش هدفمند استفاده گرديد و براي انتخاب نمونه از جامعه مالباختگان از روش نمونه‌گيري در دسترس استفاده گرديد. براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در بخش كمي پژوهش از روش پرسشنامه و پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده گرديد كه بر اساس نظر متخصصان داراي روايي محتوايي 0/78 بود و براي جمع‌آوري اطلاعات در بخش كيفي پژوهش از روش مصاحبه نيمه ساختاريافته استفاده گرديد. براي تجزيه‌وتحليل اطلاعات در بخش كمي از روش‌هاي آمار توصيفي شامل توزيع‌هاي پراكندگي و نمودارها و در بخش كيفي از روش تحليل محتوا تا دو مرحله كدگذاري باز و كدگذاري محوري استفاده گرديد. نتايج تركيبي در دو بخش كيفي و كمي الگوي كاهش سرقت را به‌منظور افزايش امنيت اجتماعي ناشي از آن را در دو بعد اصلي نشان داد كه بعد اول با عنوان عواملي علي سرقت كه شامل مؤلفه‌هاي اجتماعي-قانوني، فردي، اقتصادي و خانوادگي و بعد دوم با عنوان عوامل بازدارنده سرقت با سه مؤلفه آموزشي، نگهداري سرقت و فعاليت هوشمندانه مورد تائيد متخصصان نيز بود كه با مقدار شاخص كاپاي 0/68 قابل‌قبول و مورد تائيد قرار گرفت.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model for reducing theft based on the views of the parties to the theft, losers and thieves in Qorveh city. To achieve this goal, the combined research method was used as a kind of simultaneous harmonization in which quantitative and qualitative data are collected simultaneously in order to achieve a deeper understanding of the research problem. The statistical population of this study included three different spectrums: 1- The community of thieves 2- The community of the lost 3- The community of psychological, social and disciplinary specialists. Purposeful method was used to select a sample from the community of thieves and specialists and available sampling method was used to select a sample from the community of losers.A questionnaire and a researcher-made questionnaire were used to collect information in the quantitative part of the research, which according to experts had a content validity of 0.78, and the semi-structured interview method was used to collect information in the qualitative part of the research.To analyze the information in the quantitative part, descriptive statistical methods including scatter distributions and graphs and in the qualitative part, the content analysis method up to two stages of open coding and axial coding were used. The combined results in both qualitative and quantitative sections showed the pattern of reducing theft in order to increase the resulting social security in two main dimensions. The first dimension was called causal factors of theft, which included socio-legal, individual, economic and family components, and the second dimension was called theft prevention factors with three components of education, theft maintenance and intelligent activity approved by experts with a kappa index of 68 / 0 was accepted and approved.
