بررسي مشاركت پليس با آموزش ‌و پرورش در پيشگيري از بزهكاري دانش آموزان (مورد مطالعه: دانش آموزان پسر دوره دوم متوسطه استان كردستان)

Study the Role of Police Cooperation with Education System in Preventing Students Delinquency (Case Study; Senior High School Students of Kurdistan Province)

زمينه و هدف: مشاركت هدفمند بين پليس و نهاد آموزش و پرورش، در شناسايي و ريشه­ يابي علل بزهكاري دانش آموزان نوجوان و يافتن راهكار­هاي پيشگيرانه اجتماعي از آن مؤثر خواهد بود. لذا هدف اين پژوهش، بررسي چگونگي مشاركت پليس با آموزش و پرورش در پيشگيري از بزهكاري دانش آموزان پسر مقطع متوسطه دوم استان كردستان بوده است. روش: اين پژوهش از نظر هدف و نوع كاربردي و از حيث روش توصيفي-تحليلي بوده كه به روش كيفي انجام شده و جامعه آماري آن، شامل دو گروه رؤسا و مشاوران كلانتري‌ها 48 نفر و مديران و مشاوران دبيرستان­هاي پسرانه مقطع متوسطه دوم استان كردستان 196 نفر، مي‌باشد. از گروه اول، 10 نفر و از گروه دوم، 11 نفر به صورت هدفمند در اين مطالعه شركت نموده ­اند. ابزار گردآوري داده­ها، مصاحبه نيمه ساختار يافته بوده كه در نرم افزار Maxqda 20 مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفته است. يافته­ ها: داده­ها بيانگر آن است كه مشاركت پليس با آموزش و پرورش در پيشگيري از بزهكاري دانش آموزان، در سه حوزه مشاركت فرهنگي، مشاركت آموزشي و نيز، مشاركت آگاه‌سازي و اطلاع­رساني، تأثيرگذار است. نتايج: پليس و آموزش و پرورش در ابتداي فرايند مشاركت پيشگيرانه از بزهكاري دانش­آموزان، نقش كنشگران فعال را داشته و دانش­آموزان، كنش­پذيران غيرفعالند كه به تدريج به عنوان بازيگراني موثر و فعال وارد بازي مشاركت مي­شوند كه اين امر رمز موفقيت يك نظام مشاركت پيشگيرانه است. نتايج پژوهش نشان دهنده فقدان و خلأ چنين نظامي است كه منجر به انباشت بزهكاري دانش آموزان دبيرستاني در طول ساليان گرديده است. لذا ضروري است كه پليس با آموزش و پرورش در تعاملي سازنده با يكديگر در قالب مشاركت­هاي فرهنگي، آموزشي و آگاه‌سازي و اطلاع­رساني در راستاي پيشگيري از بزهكاري دانش آموزان گام بردارند.

Targeted cooperation between the police and the education institution will be effective in identifying and rooting out the causes of juvenile delinquency and finding socially preventive solutions. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate how the police cooperate with education in preventing delinquency of high school male students in Kurdistan province. Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and type and in terms of descriptive-analytical method, which is done qualitatively and its statistical population includes two groups of heads and consultants of 48 police stations and managers and consultants of high schools for boys in the province. Kurdistan has 196 people. 10 people from the first group and 11 people from the second group participated in this study purposefully. The data collection tool was a semi-structured interview that was analyzed in Maxqda 20 software. Findings: The data show that police involvement with education in preventing student delinquency is effective in three areas of cultural participation, educational participation and also, awareness and information participation. Results: Police and education at the beginning of the process of preventive participation of students from delinquency, have the role of active actors and students, inactive actors who gradually enter the game of participation as effective and active actors, which The key to success is a system of preventive participation. The results of the study show the lack and vacuum of such a system, which has led to the accumulation of delinquency of high school students over the years. Therefore, it is necessary for the police to take constructive interaction with each other through education in the form of cultural, educational, and awareness-raising partnerships with education in order to prevent student delinquency.
