چكيده فارسي :
زمينه و هدف: در سال 2017 و در پي برگزاري همه پرسي در منطقه اقليم كردستان عراق، شهرهاي كردنشين ايران بالاخص مناطق غرب كشور به دليل اشتراكات قومي، زباني، فرهنگي، مذهبي و افكار ناسيوناليستي تحت تاثير اين رويداد سياسي قرار گرفته بطوريكه برخي از چهره هاي سياسي و فرهنگي و كاربران شبكه هاي اجتماعي ضمن تحسين اقدام مسوولان وقت اقليم، در روز برگزاري همه پرسي نيز مسايل و مشكلاتي به وجود آوردند. بي شك تحولات سياسي و استقلال خواهي اقليم كردستان عراق، به دليل قرابت فرهنگي، هويتي و نژادي با مناطق كردنشين ايران، تأثير بسزايي بر امنيت عمومي اين مناطق داشته لذا هدف اصلي از انجام اين پژوهش، بررسي و آسيب شناسي موضوع بوده و جلوگيري از بروز حوادث مشابه در آينده مي‌باشد.
روش: روش تحقيق در اين پژوهش كيفي بوده و از روش تحليل اسنادي با تاكيد بر مطالعه كتابخانه اي و بهره گيري از مقالات و مراجعه به وبگاه هاي اينترنتي معتبر و مطالعه تحليل كارشناسان حوزه سياسي- امنيتي، گردآوري و مورد تجزيه و تحليل و كدگذاري قرار گرفته است.
يافته ها: بر اساس يافته هاي تحقيق، بيشترين مولفه هاي تاثيرگذار اقليم كردستان عراق بر جمهوري اسلامي ايران، در دهه هاي اخير در حوزه هاي فرهنگي، سياسي و اقتصادي استوار بوده اما مهمترين پيامدهاي استقلال خواهي اقليم كردستان عراق بر عليه جمهوري اسلامي ايران در صورت وقوع ميتوانست ابعاد امنيتي از جمله 1) شكل گيري ذهنيت مقايسه سازي ميان كردها 2) تمركز معارضين و مخالفين ايران در قلمرو كردستان عراق 3) حضور قدرت هاي بزرگ مخالف ايران در قلمرو اقليم كردستان عراق 4) تقويت هويت كردي و تأثيرپذيري مناطق كردنشين ايران 5) تعميق و توسعه اقتصادي در اقليم و تاثير آن بر امنيت اقتصادي مناطق كردنشين ايران را در پي داشته باشد.

Background and Aim: In 2017, following the referendum in the Iraqi Kurdistan Region, Kurdish cities in Iran, especially in the western regions of the country, were affected by this political event due to ethnic, linguistic, cultural, religious and nationalist ideologies.
