Identifying the Characteristics of Effective Lasting Dialogue between Couples in Iranian Families

خانواده را موسسه يا نهاد اجتماعي معرفي كرده اند كه ناشي از پيوند زناشويي زن و مرد است. از جمله مظاهر زندگي اجتماعي انسان، وجود تعامل سالم و سازنده ميان انسان ها، عشق ورزيدن به همنوع و ابراز صميميت و همدلي به يكديگر است. اساس و ركن اصلي خانواده به عنوان زيربناي جامعه، ازدواج است. ازدواج يكي از مهم ترين رويدادهاي زندگي انسان به شمار مي رود. ازدواج مهم ترين و بنياديترين رابطه انساني است؛ زيرا ساختار ايجاد روابط خانوادگي و تربيت نسل آينده را فراهم مي آورد. هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر شناسايي ابعاد گفتگوي موثر زوجين با استفاده از تكنيك دلفي فازي، وزن دهي واولويت بندي هريك با استفاده از تكنيك فرآيند تحليل سلسله مراتبي خاكستري است. بدين منظور ابتدا با مرور مباني نظري و پيشينه پژوهش ابعاد گفتگوي موثر زوجين شناسايي شد، سپس با استفاده از نظر اساتيد دانشگاهي و 50 نفر از زوج ها به طور تصادفي با تكنيك دلفي فازي و پرسش نامه در پنج بعد شناسايي شدند. نتايج پژوهش نشان مي دهد بعد مهارت هاي ارتباطي رتبه اول و ابعاد گفتگوي آگاهانه، برنامه ريزي براي گفتگو، گفتگوي پرمحتوا، خوش بيني نسبت به نتايج گفتگو رتبه دوم تا پنجم را كسب نمودند. نتايج پژوهش حاضر مي تواند ديد جامعي را به مشاوران و زوجين در خصوص شناخت ابعاد گفتگوي پايدار ارايه نمايد.

The family is identified as an institution or social institution resulting from the marriage between men and women. One of the manifestations of human social life is the existence of a healthy and constructive interaction between human beings, love for one's kind and expression of communio‎n and empathy for each other. The main pillar of family as the foundation of society is marriage. Marriage is one of the most important events in human life. Marriage is the most important and fundamental human relationship because it provides the structure for the creation of family relationships and the upbringing of the next generation. The aim of this study was to identify the dimensions of effective dialogue between couples using fuzzy Delphi technique, weighting and prioritization of each using gray analytic hierarchy process technique. For this purpose, first, by reviewing the theoretical foundations and background of the research, the dimensions of effective dialogue between couples were identified, then using the viewpoints of academic professors and 50 couples, they were randomly identified by fuzzy Delphi technique and questionnaire in five dimensions. The results of this study showed that communication skills dimension ranked first and dimensions of informed dialogue, planning for dialogue, talk, and optimism about the results of dialogue ranked second to fifth. The results of the present study can provide a comprehensive view to counselors and couples about recognizing the dimensions of sustainable conversation.
