چكيده فارسي :
ارزﯾﺎﺑﯽ ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﻢﺗﺮﯾﻦ و اﺳﺎﺳﯽﺗﺮﯾﻦ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎت در ﻣﺪﯾﺮﯾﺖ ﺧﺮﯾﺪ در ﯾﮏ زﻧﺠﯿﺮه ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ و دﻟﯿﻞ آن ﺗﺎﺛﯿﺮ ﮐﻠﯿﺪي ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﺑﺮ روي ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ، ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ رﺳﯿﺪن ﮐﺎﻻ و ﺳﻄﺢ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ اراﺋﻪ ﺷﺪه در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم درﯾﺎﻓﺖ ﮐﺎﻻ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮاﯾﻦ ﺿﺮورتﻫﺎي رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﻣﺮﺗﺒﻂ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎراﯾﯽ ﻫﺰﯾﻨﻪﻫﺎ ﻟﺰوم ﺑﻬﺮهﮔﯿﺮي ﻣﺸﺘﺮك از ﻗﺎﺑﻠﯿﺖ ﺟﻤﻌﯽ را روﺷﻦﺗﺮ ﮐﺮده ﺗﺎ از اﯾﻦ ﻃﺮﯾﻖ ﺧﻠﻖ ارزشﻫﺎي ﺟﺪﯾﺪ ﺑﺮاي ﻣﺸﺘﺮﯾﺎن ﻣﯿﺴﺮ ﺷﻮد. ﻫﺪف ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﺑﻨﺪي ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﻗﻄﻌﺎت ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺧﻮدروﺳﺎزي ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻗﯿﻤﺖ، ﮐﯿﻔﯿﺖ ﻗﻄﻌﺎت، ﺗﺤﻮﯾﻞ ﺑﻪ ﻣﻮﻗﻊ، رﺿﺎﯾﺖ ﻣﺸﺘﺮي وﺧﺪﻣﺎت ﭘﺲ از ﻓﺮوش ﺟﻬﺖ رﺗﺒﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﭘﺲ از ﻣﺼﺎﺣﺒﻪ ﺑﺎ ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ﺻﻨﻌﺖ ﺧﻮدروﺳﺎزي ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﻣﻮرد ﺑﺮرﺳﯽ 25 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن ارﺷﺪ ﺷﺮﮐﺖ ﺳﺎﭘﮑﻮ ﻣﯽﺑﺎﺷﻨﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ دﻟﯿﻞ ﻣﺤﺪود ﺑﻮدن ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن از ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪه اﺳﺖ. ﺗﮑﻨﯿﮏ ﻣﻮرد اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺟﻬﺖ وزندﻫﯽ ﺑﻪ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎ و رﺗﺒﻪﺑﻨﺪي ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻓﺮآﯾﻨﺪ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺒﮑﻪاي ﻓﺎزي اﺳﺖ. ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺗﺪوﯾﻦ اﻟﮕﻮي ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي، ﺑﺎ ﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎﯾﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮﮔﺬار در اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺗﺄﻣﯿﻦ ﮐﻨﻨﺪﮔﺎن ﺷﺮﮐﺖ اﯾﺮان ﺧﻮدرو در ﻣﺤﯿﻂ رﻗﺎﺑﺘﯽ ﻣﻮﺟﻮد، در اﺧﺘﯿﺎر ﮐﺎرﺷﻨﺎﺳﺎن و ﺧﺒﺮﮔﺎن ﻗﺮار ﮔﯿﺮد و آنﻫﺎ را در ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﺳﺎزي و ﺗﺼﻤﯿﻢﮔﯿﺮي ﻫﺮ ﭼﻪ ﺑﻬﺘﺮ ﯾﺎري رﺳﺎﻧﺪ.
چكيده لاتين :
Supplier evaluation is one of the most important and fundamental measures in purchasing management in a supply chain and the reason is the key impact of the supplier on the cost, quality, timely arrival of the goods and the level of service provided when receiving the goods. Therefore, the competitive necessities related to cost efficiency make it clearer the necessity of joint utilization of collective capability in order to create new values for customers. The aim of this study was to prioritize the indicators of automotive parts suppliers. Price, quality of parts, timely delivery, Customer Satisfaction and after-sales service were identified for ranking after interview with automotive industry experts. The statistical population of the study is 25 senior experts of SAPCO Company that due to limited experts, the entire statistical population has been used. The technique used for weighting indicators and ranking using Fuzzy Analysis Network Process (FANP).The results of this study can be presented to experts and experts by identifying the effective indicators in selecting Iran Khodro suppliers in the existing competitive environment and help them to make decisions and make better decisions.
