چكيده فارسي :
ربا از جمله گناهان بزرگي است كه در آيات و روايات به برخي از علل و فلسفه هاي حرمت و آثار زيانبار آن در دنيا و آخرت اشاره شده است. به عقيده ي بسياري از علما تعابيري كه عليه رباخواري توسط شارع مقدس به كار برده شده در مورد كمتر گناهي ديده شده است؛ لذا از پيچيده ترين و دشوارترين مسائل مورد بحث و تبادل نظر در ميان اقتصاد دانان و صاحب نظران مسائل اقتصادي كه نه تنها در فقه اسلامي بلكه در اقتصاد جهاني مطرح است، مسأله ي رياست. قرآن كريم در آيات متعدد و به شيوه اي آرام و تدريجي نسبت به تحريم ربا در آيه ي 278 سوره ي مباركه ي بقره ( يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا اتَّقُوا اللهَ وَذَرُواْ مَا بَقِيَ مِنَ الرِّبَا إِن كُنتُم مُّؤْمِنِينَ ؛ «اى كساني كه ايمان آورده ايد از خدا پروا كنيد و اگر مؤمنيد آنچه از ربا باقي مانده است واگذاريد اقدام كرده است در واقع ربا حرام شد تا نشاط اقتصادي از جامعه نرود. در اين مقاله روش تحقيق با توجه به ماهيت موضوع و اهداف از نوع مطالعه ي اسنادي كتابخانه اي و به روش تحليلي - توصيفي است. جامعه ي آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل كارشناسان و صاحب نظران ميباشد در اين مقاله روش تحقيق با توجه به ماهيت موضوع و اهداف از نوع مطالعه ي اسنادي و به روش تحليلي توصيفي .است جامعه آماري پژوهش حاضر شامل نظرات حضرت امام خميني (ره) كارشناسان و صاحب نظران ميباشد نتايج پژوهش حاضر نشان مي دهد مؤلفه هاي تأثير گذار در خصوص علل حرمت ربا عبارتند از: گرايش مردم از حرام به حلال، معنا دادن به زندگي ربا در محيط خانوادگي حلال است ربا ظلم و تجاوز به حقوق ديگران است ايجاد نشاط اقتصادي در جامعه.

Usury is one of the great sins that in verses and hadiths some of the causes and philosophies of its harmful effects in this world and the hereafter are mentioned. According to many scholars, the interpretations used against usury by the holy shari'ah have been seen as less sinful; Therefore, one of the most complex and difficult issues discussed and exchanged among economists and experts on economic issues, which is discussed not only in Islamic jurisprudence but also in the world economy, is the Holy Quran in several verses and in a calm manner. Graduation towards the prohibition of usury in verse 278 of Surah Al-Baqarah:
O you who believe! Fear God, and believe. Leave what is left behind. In fact, usury was forbidden so that economic vitality would not be taken away from society. In this article, according to the nature of the subject and objectives, the research method is a kind of library documentary study and analytical-descriptive method.
