The effect of social responsibility on psychological operations (with an Emphasis on coronavirus vaccination plan)

امروزه عمليات رواني كه يكي از شاخه­ هاي اصلي جنگ نرم مي­ باشد، مؤثرترين، كارآمدترين و كم هزينه­ ترين و در عين حال خطرناك­ترين و پيچيده ­ترين نوع عمليات عليه امنيت ملي يك كشور است. گستره و عمق تهديدهاي عمليات رواني به اندازه­اي است كه ممكن است حركت عمومي يك جامعه را به سوي توسعه و ترقي مختل سازد و يا حتي هويت و موجوديت آن جامعه را به چالش بكشد. هدف اين تحقيق تأثير مسئوليت اجتماعي بر عمليات رواني(با تأكيد بر طرح واكسيناسيون مقابله بر ويروس كرونا) مي ­باشد و در اين تحقيق كه با روش توصيفي و تحليل است، اطلاعات لازم از طريق مصاحبه و پرسشگري با دست اندركاران و دستگاه مداخله ­گر با اين موضوع نيز گردآوري شده است. مسئوليت اجتماعي به عنوان چارچوبي اخلاقي شخص را، چه فرد چه سازمان، در مشاركت به امور اجتماعي كه عمل به آن در سطح وسيع به منفعت جامعه خواهد بود، متعهد مي ­سازد. از بين بردن ابزارها و زمينه ­هاي مساعدي كه موجبات عمليات رواني را براي دشمن فراهم مي ­كند، يكي از راهبردهاي ضدعمليات رواني شناخته مي ­شود. واكسيناسيون، راهكار اصلي مقابله با كوويد 19 است و بايد افراد جامعه به زنجيره ­ي كلي مصونيت بپيوندند تا بتوان با سرعت هر چه بيشتر به زندگي عادي بازگردند.

Being a branch of soft warfare, Today, psychological operations, seems to be the most effective, the most efficient and the least costly, and at the same time the most dangerous and complex type of operation against the national security of a country. The scope and depth of the threats of psychological operations are such that they may disrupt the general movement of a society towards development and progress, or even challenge the identity and existence of that society. The aim of this study is to study the effect of social responsibility on psychological operations (with emphasis on the coronavirus vaccination plan) and in this descriptive and analytical study, the necessary information was collected through interviews with stakeholders and the intervention system. Social responsibility as a moral framework commits the individual or the organization to participate in social affairs that will benefit the community to a large extent. Destroying favorable tools and contexts that provide psychological operations for the enemy is one of the ecounter-psychological strategies. Vaccination is the key to coping with Covid 19, and people in the community must join the overall chain of immunity in order to return to normal life as quickly as possible
