دراين پژوهش درصدد است تا ويژگي اقتدار و مقوله آرامش كه ازمعيارهاي مهم فعاليت ها وتلاش ها درانجام ماموريت هاي ناجاست، با بهره گيري ازارشادات ورهنمودهاي فرماندهي كل قوا را موردتجزيه وتحليل قراردهد. ازافق بلندنگاه مقام معظم رهبري اقتدارپليس چارچوب، اصول وشرايطي داردكه معظم له جنبه هاي ظاهري آن راتبيين وتشريح نموده اند؛ امابيشرين تاكيدشان برجنبه معنوي آن است. اقتدارظاهري بايد در رفتار همراه با عطوفت و مهرباني با مردم و برخورد قاطعانه با تبهكاران و مخالفان قانون وبرهم زنندگان امنيت متجلي باشد تا نيروي انتظامي بتواند با صلابت و كارآمدي هرچه بيشتر براي دفاع از امنيت شهروندان وارد عمل شود. انديشه هاي رفيع وديده باني تحولات ،دانش‌، تخصص نظارت مستمر و دقيق فرمانده كل قوا وپيش بيني وپيشگيري ازتهديدات موجود وپيش روي تامين كنندگان نظم وامنيت و رهنموني هاي دلسوزانه وكاربردي ايشان براي تحكيم مباني ارزشي،اسلامي وانساني پليس، چراغ راه و موتورمحركه امورمحوله نيروي انتظامي است. بنابراين ضرورت دارد تا مطالبات جدي و فرامين راهگشاي رهبري درموضوعات مربوط به اقتدار وايجادآرامش پليس در جامعه اسلامي مورد مطالعه و بررسي قرارگيرد. نتايج بدست آمده حاكي ازآن است كه ميان اقتدارپليس درجامعه اسلامي ورعايت جايگاه وشخصيت مردم مسلمان وانقلابي جامعه اسلامي رابطه اي معنادار برقراراست ؛به اين معني كه اقتدارپليس فقط نمايش دهنده ي چهره اي خشن ،گرفته وبي عاطفه وبدور از رعايت عواطف انساني نيست؛بلكه اقتدارمي تواند همراه بامهرباني،قاطعيت وديگرارزشها و فضليت هاي اسلامي باشد

Therefore, it is necessary to study the serious demands and orders of the leadership in matters related to the authority and creating peace of the police in the Islamic society. The results show that there is a significant relationship between police authority in Islamic society and observing the position and personality of Muslim and revolutionary people in Islamic society; Be accompanied by kindness, determination and other values ​​and virtues of Islam, and on the other hand, .
