كالاها و خدمات بوم سازگان و محيط زيست نقشي حياتي براي زندگي و رفاه بشر دارند. با اين حال، براي بيشتر اين محصولات بازار و قيمت بازاري وجود ندارد هم چنين بخش خصوصي نيز انگيزه اي براي توليد آن ها ندارد. از آن جا كه عمده محصولات توليدي منابع طبيعي و محيط زيست غيربازاري است، ارزش بازاري اين منابع بسيار كمتر از ارزش واقعي آن ها براي جامعه است. به اين ترتيب تخريب اين منابع نيز كم اهميت در نظر گرفته مي شود. در اين چارچوب ارزش گذاري و طراحي ساز و كارهايي براي دريافت ارزش كالاها و خدمات غيربازاري مي تواند به افزايش توليد اين محصولات و افزايش ارزش بوم سازگان كمك نمايد.، افزايش ارزش نيز به نوبه خود مي تواند به كاهش تخريب اين منابع بيانجامد. از طرفي همه ارزش ها را نمي توان با پول سنجيد، با اين حال اين ارزش ها به اندازه ارزش هاي پولي يا حتي بيش از آن ها اهميت دارند.اولويت يك كالا يا خدمت غيربازاري صرفا با ارزش پولي سنجيده نمي شود بلكه تابع اهميت آن است. بر همين اساس در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي اهميت ارزش گذاري خدمات منابع بوم سازگان پرداخته شده است. نتيجه پژوهش در مديريت منابع بوم سازگان و حفظ منابع آب و حاك مي تواند مورد استفاده قرار گيرد.

The goods and services of ecosystem and the environment play a vital role in human life and welfare . However , there is no market price for most of these market products as well as the private sector does not have an incentive to produce them. since the main production of products is natural resources and non - market environment , the market value of these resources is far less than their actual value for society . thus , the destruction of these resources is considered insignificant. In this framework , the valuation and design framework for the receipt of the value of goods and services can contribute to increasing the production of these products and increasing their value . In turn , the increase in value can lead to a reduction in the destruction of these resources. On the other hand , not all values can be measured by money , yet these values are as important as monetary values or even more . The priority of a product or service is not only measured by monetary value but is subject to its importance . accordingly , in this study the importance of valuing human resource services is addressed . The result of the research in managing resource management and maintaining water resources can be used.
