ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺑﺎ ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ اﻫﻤﯿﺖ دﯾﻦ در زﻧﺪﮔﯽ ﻓﺮدي و اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ ﺑﺸﺮ و ﻧﺤﻮه ﻧﮕﺮﯾﺴﺘﻦ ﺻﺤﯿﺢ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻣﻘﺪس ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﺷﺎﺧﺺ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار در ﮐﻠﯿﮥ ﺷﺌﻮن زﻧﺪﮔﯽ از ﯾﮏﺳﻮ و ﺗﻮﺟﻪ ﺑﻪ ﻗﺸﺮ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان آﯾﻨﺪهﺳﺎزان ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ، در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺑﻪ ﻧﻘﺶ ﻧﮕﺮش دﯾﻨﯽ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮاﻧﮕﯿﺰاﻧﻨﺪه در ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﭘﺮداﺧﺘﻪ ﺷﺪ. روش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ازﺟﻤﻠﻪ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶﻫﺎي ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ، ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻫﺴﺖ. ﺑﺮاي ﮔﺮدآوري دادهﻫﺎ از ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﮕﺮش دﯾﻨﯽ ﺧﺪاﯾﺎريﻓﺮد و ﻫﻤﮑﺎران )1378( اﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ آﻣﺎري ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﮐﻠﯿﻪ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺷﻬﺮﺳﺘﺎن ﺟﻮاﻧﺮود ﺑﻮدﻧﺪ ﮐﻪ 384 ﻧﻔﺮ از آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ ﺿﺮﯾﺐ آﻟﻔﺎي ﮐﺮوﻧﺒﺎخ ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻧﮕﺮش دﯾﻨﯽ 0/95 α = ﺑﻪدﺳﺖ آﻣﺪ. دادهﻫﺎ ﭘﺲ از ﺟﻤﻊآوري ﺑﺮ اﺳﺎس ﻓﺮﺿﯿﻪﻫﺎي ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ و ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از آزﻣﻮنﻫﺎي آﻣﺎري ﺗﯽ ﺗﮏﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪاي و ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ ﺗﺤﻠﯿﻞ ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ آزﻣﻮن ﺗﯽ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ ﺗﻤﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﺎﺧﺺﻫﺎي ﻧﮕﺮش دﯾﻨﯽ )ﻋﺒﺎدات، اﺛﺮ دﯾﻦ و زﻧﺪﮔﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎر، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﺟﻬﺎنﺑﯿﻨﯽ و ﺑﺎورﻫﺎ( ﺑﺮ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﻧﻘﺶ داﺷﺘﻪ و در اداﻣﻪ ﺑﺮونداد آزﻣﻮن ﻓﺮﯾﺪﻣﻦ اوﻟﻮﯾﺖﻫﺎ را ﺑﻪﺗﺮﺗﯿﺐ اﺛﺮ دﯾﻦ و زﻧﺪﮔﯽ و رﻓﺘﺎر، ﻋﺒﺎدت، ﺑﺎورﻫﺎ، ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ اﺟﺘﻤﺎﻋﯽ و ﻧﻬﺎﯾﺘﺎً ﺟﻬﺎنﺑﯿﻨﯽ ﻣﺸﺨﺺ ﮐﺮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﻨﺎﺑﺮ ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ اﯾﻦ ﺗﺤﻘﯿﻖ ﻣﯽﺗﻮان ﮔﻔﺖ ﮐﻪ دﯾﻦ و آﻣﻮزهﻫﺎي دﯾﻨﯽ ﻣﯽﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان ﯾﮏ ﻋﺎﻣﻞ ﺑﺮاﻧﮕﯿﺰاﻧﻨﺪه ﻣﻌﻨﻮي و اﻋﺘﻘﺎدي و ﻧﯿﺰ ﺑﻪﻋﻨﻮان وﻇﯿﻔﻪ ﺷﺮﻋﯽ و ﻗﺎﻧﻮﻧﯽ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﻧﻬﺎدﯾﻨﻪ ﺷﺪه و ﺑﺎﻋﺚ ﮔﺮاﯾﺶ ﺑﺎﻻي داوﻃﻠﺒﺎﻧﻪ آﻧﻬﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺧﺪﻣﺖ ﻣﻘﺪس ﺳﺮﺑﺎزي ﺷﻮد. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ اﯾﻨﮑﻪ ﺑﺎﯾﺪ اﯾﻦ ﻣﻬﻢ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺟﻮاﻧﺎن ﻫﺮﭼﻪ ﺑﯿﺸﺘﺮ ﺗﻘﻮﯾﺖ ﺷﻮد.
چكيده لاتين :
Introduction: Productivity is defined as the sum of effectiveness and efficiency and it is very important today. Without productivity, continuing real life and participating in the competition is meaningless for the organization. One of the basic requirements of productivity is efficient manpower. The purpose of this research is to identify effective strategies to improve the productivity of soldiers in the armed forces and strategies are considered in both formal and substantive areas. Method: This research is descriptive-survey type and is applied in terms of purpose and quantitative in terms of method. The information is obtained in the field and library. Research has begun with the psychology of soldiers and the principles of strategy development. The statistical population of soldiers is the duty of the University of Law Enforcement Sciences and the statistical sample is 40 soldiers who were randomly selected from the mentioned society based on the researcher's opinion. Data were collected by a researcher-made questionnaire of the Likert scale consisting of 12 questions that were distributed among the sample population and answered by all members. The validity of the questionnaire was formally determined by the elites and its reliability was determined 81% using SPSS software. Findings: All four sub-hypotheses and as a result both main hypotheses were confirmed. That is, with form and nature strategies, the productivity of soldiers can be improved. Conclusion: Since the type of clothing color and not cutting the hair received the highest score, it seems that determining the strategy based on the change in appearance should be highly considered by the organization.
