زمينه و هدف: توليد مفهومي است كه جان مايه ي آن معمولا اقتصادي است. اقدامات انجام شده در راستاي پشتيباني ها، مانع زدايي از توليد از حيث شناخت نوع، گستره و عمق ميزان توسط نيروي انتظامي عوما در قالب قاچاق كالا نمود پيدا مي كند. به دليل اهميت نقش پليس در پيشگيري از شكل گيري باندهاي قاچاق كالا، اين پژوهش با هدف بررسي شيوه هاي پشتيباني و مانع زدايي ناجا در توليد مي‌باشد . روش پژوهش به شيوه تحليلي – توصيفي استفاده شده است. شيوه ي اجرا به اين ترتيب بوده است كه ابتدا به كمك مطالب گردآوري شده به توصيف وضعيت مورد مطالعه پرداخته و در نهايت براي پاسخ به پرسش هاي تحقيق نتايج منطقي را ارائه مي نمايند . يافته ها: ناجا كه بر اساس قانون اساسي حفظ نظم و امنيت مردم در تمام ابعاد آن را بر عهده دارد، و با انجام دقيق وظايف خود (ايجاد فضاي اميد و نشاط در جامعه ، استفاده از جوانان در تامين امنيت، استفاده از تحقيق و پژوهش براي تامين امنيت، تربيت نيروهاي مخلص با تكيه بر دين و اخلاق، مبارزه با فساد اقتصادي در جامعه) موجب تحقق شعار سال شود: نتيجه گيري:پليس براي رسيدن به وضعيت مطلوب در پيشگيري از شكل گيري باندهاي قاچاق كالا و همچنين نقش آفريني در افزايش توان اقتصاد مقاومتي و تقويت اقتصاد ملي بايد مؤلفه هاي تعامل با قوه مجريه و مؤلفه تعامل و با نيروهاي مسلح را در دوره كوتاه مدت ميان مدت و بلندمدت تقويت و اجرايي نمايد.
