رابطه بين خودكارآمدي خلاق، مسئوليت پذيري اجتماعي و بهزيستي شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان مازندران

The relationship between creative self-efficacy, social responsibility and Occupational well-being of law enforcement officers in Mazandaran province

زمينه و هدف: بهزيستي شغلي، جديدترين سازة موجود در عرصة روان‌شناسي سازماني و رفتار سازماني مثبت‌گرا است. بنابراين، اين پژوهش با هدف رابطه بين خودكارآمدي خلاق، مسئوليت‌پذيري اجتماعي و بهزيستي شغلي كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان مازندران انجام شده است. روش پژوهش: اين پژوهش به‌لحاظ هدف كاربردي و به‌لحاظ روش پژوهش، توصيفي از نوع هم‌بستگي بود. جامعه آماري اين پژوهش شامل كليه كاركنان نيروي انتظامي استان مازندران هستند. نمونه آماري پژوهش 354 نفر از كاركنان نيروي انتظامي هستند كه بر اساس جدول كرجسي و مورگان و به‌صورت نمونه‌گيري تصادفي ساده انتخاب شدند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از پرسش‌نامه‌هاي استاندارد شده خودكارآمدي خلاق بيگيتو (2006)، مسئوليت‌پذيري اجتماعي كارول (1991) و بهزيستي شغلي هينكين (1998) استفاده شد. تجزيه‌و‌تحليل اطلاعات با استفاده از نرم‌افزار اس‌پي‌اس‌اس-26 و با استفاده از آمارهاي توصيفي و آزمون ضريب هم‌بستگي پيرسون و رگرسيون خطي انجام گرفت. يافته‌ها: يافته‌ها نشان داد كه بين خودكارآمدي خلاق به‌عنوان باور به قابليت‌ها و توانايي‌هاي خلاقانه خود و مسئوليت‌پذيري اجتماعي (اقتصادي، قانوني، اخلاقي و بشردوستانه) با بهزيستي شغلي رابطه مثبت و معني داري وجود دارد.

Background and Aim: Occupational well-being is the newest construct in the field of organizational psychology and positive organizational behavior. Therefore, this study was conducted with the aim of the relationship between creative self-efficacy, social responsibility and Occupational well-being of the law enforcement officers in Mazandaran province. Methods: This was an applied and descriptive correlational study. The statistical population of this study included all of the law enforcement officers in Mazandaran . The statistical sample of the study was 354 law enforcement officers who were selected based on Krejcie and Morgan table by simple random sampling. Data were collected using the standardized questionnaires of Bigito Creative Self-Efficacy (2006), Carroll Social Responsibility (1991) and Hinckin occupational well-being (1998). Data analysis was performed using SPSS-26 software using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation coefficient and linear regression tests. Findings: The findings showed that there is a positive and significant relationship between creative self-efficacy as a belief in their creative abilities and capabilities and social responsibility (economic, legal, moral and humanitarian) with occupational well-being.
