چكيده فارسي :
شناخت انسان راهي است براي شناخت خدا. بدون شناخت انسان نمي‌توان استعدادها و نيازهاي او را شناخت. با شناخت صحيح انسان و ابعاد گوناگون وجود اوست كه مي‌توان به بهره‌برداري صحيح از استعدادها و ارضاي درست نيازها پرداخت يعني تا انسان شناخته نشود مسئله اساسي تربيت به حل‌وفصل نهايي خود نخواهد رسيد و نمي‌توان يك نظام و ترتيبي صحيح براي رشد انسان عرصه نمود. ناتواني بسياري از مكاتب تربيتي فرهنگ غرب ناشي از عدم شناخت صحيح انسان است. بدون شناخت انسان نمي‌توان تكاليف و وظايف او را مشخص كرد و هيچ نظام حقوقي، سياسي، اقتصادي و خانوادگي قابل‌ارائه نيست. حيات و مرگ انسان مساوي است با حيات و مرگ همه انسان‌ها كه خليفه‌الله هستند، تعليم اسماء الهي، سجده فرشتگان بر انسان، انسان امانت‌دار خدا، آفرينش انسان به دست خداوند از كرامت‌هاي انسان است؛ اما ملاك برتري انسان‌ها بر يكديگر، تقوا است و جنسيت و مليت ملاك برتري نيست. تقوا ملاك پيوند و رابطه است. علم و تفكر و ايمان از عوامل رشد انسان هستند. ازنظر قرآن خودپرستي، دنيازدگي، غفلت، تكبر و خودبرتربيني، تقليد و شخصيت زدگي، اكثريت زدگي، سخن بدون علم، پيروي از ظن و گمان، كتمان حق، مجادله با حق، قساوت قلب و خودستايي از بيماري‌هاي انسان است. راه رشد انسان از مسير هدايت دروني، هدايت بيروني است همچنين وسايل رشد انسان تعليم، تزكيه و عنايت الهي است. روش‌هاي رشد انسان‌ها تذكر، موعظه نيكو، تشويق و انذار و برخورد صحيح است.
تحقيق از نوع توصيفي- تحليلي و روش تحقيق كتابخانه‌اي است. مطالب به‌صورت فيش‌برداري جمع‌آوري و سپس دسته‌بندي‌شده است.

Knowing man is a way to know God. Without knowing man, one cannot know his talents and needs. With the correct knowledge of man and the various dimensions of his existence, it is possible to make proper use of talents and satisfy needs properly, that is, until man is known, the basic problem of education will not reach its final solution and a correct system and order for human growth cannot be established. The inability of many educational schools of Western culture is due to the lack of proper knowledge of human beings. Without knowing man, his duties and responsibilities cannot be determined and no legal, political, economic and family system can be provided. The life and death of man is equal to the life and death of all human beings who are the caliphs of God. But the criterion of human superiority over each other is piety, and gender and nationality are not the criterion of superiority. Piety is the criterion of connection and relationship. Science, thought and faith are the factors of human growth. According to the Qur'an, selfishness, worldliness, negligence, arrogance and arrogance, imitation and characterization, majority oppression, speaking without knowledge, following suspicion, concealing the truth, arguing with the truth, cruelty of heart and boasting are among human diseases. The way of human growth from the path of inner guidance is external guidance. Also, the means of human growth are education, cultivation and divine care. methods of human development are correct reminders, good sermons, encouragements and warnings.
