پيامدهاي مهاجرت اتباع افغانستاني بعد از تشكيل دولت طالبان به شمال استان سيستان و بلوچستان ( مطالعه موردي شهرستان زابل سال 1400)

هدف : پژوهش حاضر با هدف پيامدهاي مهاجرت اتباع افغانستاني بعد از تشكيل دولت طالبان به شمال استان سيستان و بلوچستان در سال 1400 مي باشد. در اين راستا تعدادي از مهاجران اتباع خارجه بعد از وقوع جنگ داخلي در افغانستان اقدام به ترددهاي غيرمجاز مى نمايند، داراى رفتارهاى خلاف قانون از قبيل قاچاق كالا، قاچاق مواد مخدر، قاچاق انسان، جاسوسي، شرارت دارند. نوع تحقيق از نظر هدف كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت و روش توصيفي بوده و از روش توصيفي پيمايشي استفاده شده است. براي گردآوري اطلاعات از روش دلفيتعيين جامعه آماري مردم شهرستان زابل استفاده گرديده است. براي تعيين اعتبار تحقيق از روش اعتبار و براي محاسبه پاياني تحقيق از ضريب آلفاي كرونباخ استفاده گرديده است. نتايج: بين مهاجرت اتباع بيگانه و رشد شرارت و قتل و اعتياد به موادمخدر در شمال استان افزايش داشته است. مهمترين تبعات مهاجرت اتباع به شمال استان را مي توان به خريد و فروش و حمل مواد مخدر، قاچاق سوخت، آدم ربايي، قاچاق اسلحه، اشغال فرصت هاي شغلي و افزايش نرخ بيكاري، ازدواج هاي غيرقانوني اتباع بيگانه با اتباع ايراني و تولد فرزندان بي هويت، اشاعه تفكرات خشونت طلبي ، جعل مدارك شناسايي، جاسوسي و... اشاره كرد.

Objective: The present study aims to investigate the consequences of the migration of Afghan citizens after the formation of the Taliban government to the north of Sistan and Baluchestan province in 1400. In this regard, a number of foreign immigrants after the civil war in Afghanistan engage in illegal traffic, engaging in illegal behaviors such as smuggling of goods, drug trafficking, human trafficking, espionage, evil. The type of research is applied in terms of purpose and in terms of nature and descriptive method and descriptive survey method has been used. To collect information, the Delphi method of determining the statistical population of Zabol city has been used. The validation method was used to determine the validity of the research and Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to calculate the final validity of the research. Results: There has been an increase between the migration of foreign nationals and the growth of evil, murder and drug addiction in the north of the province. The most important consequences of immigration to the north of the province can be the sale and transportation of drugs, fuel smuggling, kidnapping, arms smuggling, job opportunities and rising unemployment, illegal marriages of foreign nationals with Iranian nationals and the birth of unidentified children , Dissemination of violent thoughts, forgery of identification documents, espionage, etc
