چكيده فارسي :
زمينه وهدف :احساس امنيت يكي از ابعاد اساسي مفهوم امنيت در معناي كلي آن است. در واقع
زماني كه فرد احساس كند در جامعه و تعاملات اجتماعي خطري جان، مال يا سلامتي وي را مورد
تهديد و تعرض قرار نمي دهد، مي توان گفت فرد داراي احساس امنيت است. اين احساس امنيت از
طريق اعتماد به ارگان هاي تامين كننده امنيت، دولت، مدرسه، نظام اقتصادي، خانواده، شبكه دوستان
و ... تامين مي شود. بنابراين درجه اعتماد ورزي فرد به ديگران مشخصه مناسبي براي تعيين درجه
احساس امنيت وي تلقي مي شود.تحقيق حاضر نقش پليس در تامين و فراهم كردن امنيت
است.عملكرد اين نهاد امنيتي انتظامي مي تواند در فرايند توليد و استمرار احساس امنيت شهروندان
موثر باشد.هدف تحقيق بررسي تاثير عملكرد پليس بر احساس امنيت شهروندان قرچك است
مواد و روش ها:
روش تحقيق،پيمايشي و توصيفي است.ابزار جمع آوري اطلاعات بوسيله پرسشنامه مي باشدجامعه
آماري تحقيق،كليه افرادي بالاي 18 سال و ساكن شهر قرچك مي باشندكه با روش نمونه گيري
خوشه اي و تصادفي ساده، 309 نفر بصورت نمونه انتخاب شده اند.
يافته ها: اين يافته هاي تحقيق نشان مي دهند كه توانمندي پليس يعني قدرت سخت افزاري و
تظاهري پليس بر عوامل اخلاقي و فعاليت اجتماعي ارجحيت دارد.آزمون فرضيات بيانگر آن است كه
بين دو متغير توانمندي عملياتي پليس و فعاليت هاي اجتماعي پليس با احساس امنيت شهروندان
رابطه معناداري وجود دارد.
نتيجه: نتايج تجزيه و تحليل داده ها نشان مي دهد كه اعتماد اجتماعي يكي از متغيرهاي اساسي
تاثير گذار بر احساس امنيت و سرمايه اجتماعي است. توانمندي عملياتي پليس به تنهايي نمي تواند
بر احساس امنيت شهروندان اثر گذار باشدبلكه آموزش و رفتار حرفه اي پليس در تعامل با جامعه و
ارتقاء كيفيت عملكرد نيروي انتظامي در سطح جامعه،احساس امنيت شهروندان نيز افزايش خواهد داد.

Background and Aim: The feeling of security is one of the basic dimensions of the concept of security in its general meaning. In fact, when a person feels that his life, property or health is not endangered in society and social interactions, it can be said that the person has a sense of security. This sense of security is provided through trust in the organs that provide security, the government, the school, the economic system, the family, the network of friends, and so on. Therefore, a person's degree of trust in others is considered a good indicator to determine the degree of his sense of security. The present study is the role of police in providing security. The study examines the effect of police performance on the sense of security of Qarchak citizens.
materials and methods:
The research method is survey and descriptive. The data collection tool is a questionnaire. The statistical population of the research is all people over 18 years old and residents of Qarchak city. By simple cluster and random sampling method, 309 people have been selected as a sample.
Findings: These findings show that the ability of the police, ie the hardware and demonstrative power of the police, is superior to the moral factors and social activity. There is a significant relationship.
Conclusion: The results of data analysis show that social trust is one of the main variables affecting the sense of security and social capital. The operational capability of the police alone can not affect the sense of security of citizens, but the training and professional behavior of the police in interaction with the community and improving the quality of law enforcement in the community, will also increase the sense of security of citizens.
