بررسي عوامل مؤثر در افزايش مهارت تيراندازي با سلاح كلاشينكف در سربازان آموزشي (موردمطالعه: سربازان آموزشي مركز آموزش عمومي شهيد اديبي)

Investigating the effective factors in increasing Kalashnikov shooting skills in training soldiers (Case study: Training soldiers of Shahid Adibi Public Training Center)

ﻣﻘﺪﻣﻪ: ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﯾﮑﯽ از ﻣﻬﺎرت ﻫﺎي اﺻﻠﯽ و وﻇﺎﯾﻒ ﺿﺮوري ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وﻇﯿﻔﻪ در ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ در ﻫﻨﮕﺎم ﺿﺮورت اﺳﺘﻔﺎده، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺗﺄﺛﯿﺮ ﺑﺴﯿﺎر زﯾﺎدي در ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وﻇﯿﻔﻪ داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﺑﻮدن ﻣﻬﺎرت در ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﻣﻮﺟﺐ ﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد ﮐﻪ ﻓﺮد در زﻣﺎن ﺿﺮورت، اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﻧﻨﻤﺎﯾﺪ. از ﺳﻮي دﯾﮕﺮ اﻗﺪام ﺑﻪ ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﺑﺎ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﭘﺎﯾﯿﻦ ﻧﯿﺰ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ آﺛﺎر ﺟﺒﺮان ﻧﺎﭘﺬﯾﺮي ﺑﻪ ﻫﻤﺮاه داﺷﺘﻪ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. از ﻫﻤﯿﻦ رو ﮐﻠﯿﻪ اﻗﺪاﻣﺎﺗﯽ ﮐﻪ ﺑﺘﻮاﻧﺪ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد و ﻣﻬﺎرت ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي اﻓﺮاد را اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ دﻫﺪ، ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺑﺮ ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﮐﺎرﮐﻨﺎن وﻇﯿﻔﻪ و ﺑﻪ ﺗﺒﻊ آن ﻋﻤﻠﮑﺮد ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ اﺛﺮﮔﺬار ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺑﺮ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺎس، ﻣﺴﺌﻠﻪ اﺻﻠﯽ در اﯾﻦ ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ اﯾﻦ اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﭼﻪ ﻋﻮاﻣﻠﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻮﺟﺐ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼح ﮐﻼﺷﯿﻨﮑﻒ در ﺑﯿﻦ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺷﻮد؟ روش: ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﺣﺎﺿﺮ ازﻧﻈﺮ ﻫﺪف ﮐﺎرﺑﺮدي و ازﻧﻈﺮ روش ﺗﻮﺻﯿﻔﯽ و ﭘﯿﻤﺎﯾﺸﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ. ﺟﺎﻣﻌﻪ ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 1300 ﻧﻔﺮ از ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺮﮐﺰ آﻣﻮزش ﻋﻤﻮﻣﯽ ﺷﻬﯿﺪ ادﯾﺒﯽ ﻧﯿﺮوي اﻧﺘﻈﺎﻣﯽ ﺟﻤﻬﻮري اﺳﻼﻣﯽ اﯾﺮان و ﻧﻤﻮﻧﻪ ﻣﻮردﺑﺮرﺳﯽ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 297 ﻧﻔﺮ از اﯾﻦ اﻓﺮاد اﺳﺖ ﮐﻪ ﺑﻪ ﺻﻮرت ﺗﺼﺎدﻓﯽ اﻧﺘﺨﺎب ﺷﺪﻧﺪ. ﭘﺮﺳﺸﻨﺎﻣﻪ ﻣﻮرداﺳﺘﻔﺎده ﺑﺎ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﻣﻄﺎﻟﻌﺎت و ﭘﮋوﻫﺶ ﻫﺎي ﭘﯿﺸﯿﻦ ﻃﺮاﺣﯽ ﮔﺮدﯾﺪ ﮐﻪ ﺷﺎﻣﻞ 16 ﮔﻮﯾﻪ ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ و رواﯾﯽ و ﭘﺎﯾﺎﯾﯽ آن ﻣﻮرد ﺗﺄﯾﯿﺪ ﻗﺮار ﮔﺮﻓﺖ. ﯾﺎﻓﺘﻪ ﻫﺎ: ﻧﺘﺎﯾﺞ ﺑﻪ دﺳﺖ آﻣﺪه ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﮐﻪ وﯾﮋﮔﯽ ﻫﺎي ﻓﺮدي، ﺗﺠﺮﺑﻪ ﻗﺒﻠﯽ ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي و ﮐﺎر ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼح و وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ و ﻫﻤﭽﻨﯿﻦ اﺳﺘﻔﺎده از ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي، ﻣﻬﻢ ﺗﺮﯾﻦ ﻋﻮاﻣﻞ ﻣﺆﺛﺮ ازﻧﻈﺮ ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﻣﺸﺎرﮐﺖ ﮐﻨﻨﺪه ﻣﯽ ﺑﺎﺷﺪ.. ﻧﺘﯿﺠﻪ ﮔﯿﺮي: ﺑﻬﺒﻮد وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺳﯿﺴﺘﻢ ﺷﺒﯿﻪ ﺳﺎزي، ﮐﺎر ﺑﺎ ﺳﻼح و وﺿﻌﯿﺖ ﺟﺴﻤﯽ و ﻋﻀﻼﻧﯽ ﻣﯽ ﺗﻮاﻧﺪ ﻣﻨﺠﺮ ﺑﻪ اﻓﺰاﯾﺶ ﺳﻄﺢ ﻣﻬﺎرت ﺗﯿﺮاﻧﺪازي ﺳﺮﺑﺎزان آﻣﻮزﺷﯽ ﺷﻮد

Introduction: Shooting is one of the main skills and essential duties of police soldiers, which can have a great impact on the performance of police soldiers, when necessary. Low shooting skills prevent a person from shooting when necessary. On the other hand, shooting with low skill can also have irreversible effects. Therefore, any action that can increase the performance and shooting skills of individuals, can generally affect the performance of duty personnel and, consequently, the performance of police force. Accordingly, in this research the main issue is what factors can increase Kalashnikov shooting skills among police training soldiers? Method: This research is applied in terms of purpose and descriptive and survey in terms of method. The research population includes 1300 training soldiers of Shahid Adibi Public Training Center of the police force of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the research sample includes 297 of these people who were randomly selected. The questionnaire was designed using previous studies and researches which includes 16 items and its validity and reliability were confirmed. Findings: The obtained results showed that personal characteristics, previous experience of shooting and working with weapons and physical and muscular condition, as well as the use of shooting simulation system, are the most important factors for the participation of participating training soldiers. Conclusion: Improving the condition of the simulation system, working with weapons and physical and muscular condition can increase the level of shooting skills of training soldiers.
