توزيع فضايي شاخص سلامت در استان‌هاي منطقه زاگرس

Spatial distribution of health index in provinces of Zagros area

مقوله سلامت يكي از شاخص هاي اصلي توسعه يافتگي جوامع برشمرده مي شود؛ زيرا سلامتي مهم ترين عامل توسعه و ضامن بقاي هر جامعه است و برخورداري از خدمات بهداشتي درماني به عنوان يكي از اصول سلامت، با هدف ارتقا و تأمين سلامت افراد، يكي از اركان مهم پيشرفت هرجا معه اي را تشكيل مي دهد. جامعه ي آماري اين پژوهش پنج استان منطقه زاگرس(ايلام، كردستان، كرمانشاه، لرستان و همدان) مي باشند، هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسي وضعيت توزيع فضايي شاخص سلامت و رتبه بند ي و سطح بند ي استان ها ي منطقه زاگرس مي باشد، كه داد ه هاي مورد نياز از سالنامه آماري 1394 پنج استان مذكور گرفته شده است. در پژوهش حاضر با بهره گيري از روش آنتروپي شانون جهت وزن دهي و مدل COPRAS با استفاده از 42 معيار بخش سلامت به رتبه بندي و سطح بندي استان ها پرداخته شد. نتايج نشان مي دهد كه ضريب توسعه از (42/72) تا (100) در نوسان است. به طوري كه استان همدان با (100 ) امتياز در رتبه اول و توسعه ، استان لرستان با (96/47) در رتبه دوم و نسبتاً توسعه يافته، استان كرمانشاه با (94/67) امتياز در رتبه سوم و نسبتاً توسعه يافته ، استان كردستان با (86/36) امتياز در رتبه چهارم و نسبتاً توسعه يافته و در آخر استان استان ايلام با (42/72) امتيا ز در رتبه پنجم و در حال توسعه از لحا ظ شاخص سلامت مي باشند، اين نتايج نشان از تفاوت استان هاي منطقه زاگرس در برخورداري از شاخص سلامت دارد.

Health category is considered as the main index of development because health is the most important factor of development and it guarantees the survival of each community. Health services, as the health principle and by the aim of providing and upgrading individual heaths, form the important development element in each society. The population of this research involves five provinces of Zagros area involving Ilam, Kordestan Kermanshah, Lorestan and Hamedan. The purpose of the present study is to investigate and study the position of spatial distribution of health index and ranking and rating the provinces of Zagros area. Required data is obtained from statistical yearbook of 2016 in five mentioned provinces. In the present research, ranking and rating of provinces are performed by using Shannon entropy method for weighing and COPRA'S model by using 42 criteria of health. The results show that development coefficient is variable from 42.72 to 90. The province of Hamedan with the score of 100 and Lorestan with the score of 96.47 are respectively located in the first and second rank, and they are respectively considered as developed and relatively developed provinces. Kermanshah with the score of 94.67 is located in the third rank, and it is relatively developed, while Kordestan with the score of 86.39 is placed in the fourth rank and it is relatively developed. At last, Ilam province with the score of 42.72 is placed in the fifth rank, and it is considered as developing province in terms of health index. These results indicate province differences in Zagros area in terms of beat health index.
