چكيده فارسي :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، آسيب شناسي دوره يك ساله مهارت آموزي ماده 82 دانشگاه فرهنگيان و چالش
هاي اين دوره اعم از نحوه ي اجراي دوره، دروس دوره، كارآموزي و آزمون اصلح از منظر مهارت آموزان
است. اين پژوهش در قالب رويكرد كيفي و با استفاده از روش پديدار شناسي انجام گرفته است. بر اساس نمونه
گيري هدفمند، 31 مهارت آموز رشته ي دبيري رياضي دانشگاه فرهنگيان-پرديس شهيد باهنر اصفهان كه در
سال 98-1397 مشغول گذراندن دوره ي مهارت آموزي تحت عنوان مهارت آموزان ماده 28بودند در اين
پژوهش مشاركت داشتند. براي گردآوري اطلاعات، از پرسش نامه هاي باز پاسخ در ابتداي دوره، انتهاي نيم
سال اول و پايان دوره يك ساله مهارت آموزي استفاده شد و روايي آن ها مورد تاييد متخصصين علوم تربيتي
قرار گرفت. براساس نتايج به دست آمده، مهارت آموزان موافق برگزاري دوره در دو نيم سال تحصيلي نبودند
و نقدها و پيشنهاداتي براي اصلاح دروس در نظر گرفته شده براي دوره و همچنين نحوه ي اجرا و ارزشيابي
دوره داشتند
چكيده لاتين :
The purpose of the present study is to determine the pathology of Article 28 training course of Farhangian University and its challenges in terms of perform the course, the intended courses, teaching practice and the competency test from the skills learners’ perspectives. This research has been done in a form of qualitative using phenomenological method. Based on purposive sampling, 31 mathematics teachers who were undergoing an article 28 training course at Farhangian University-Isfahan Shahid Bahonar Campus participated in this study. To collect data, open-ended questionnaires were used at the beginning of the course, at the end of the first half year, and at the end of the one-year training course, and their validity was confirmed by educational science experts. Based on the results, the skills learners did not agree to take the course for two semesters, and had the criticisms and suggestions for modifying the intended courses, as well as how to implement and evaluate the course.
