آسيب شناسي تربيت هنري در نظام رسمي آموزش و پرورش ايران (از ديدگاه كارشناسان و متخصصان)

A pathological study of art education in irans formal education (from the perspective of educational experts and specialists)

نهاد آموزش‌ و پرورش هر جامعه‌اي سعي دارد از قابليت چشمگير هنر براي رشد فكري، تكوين و تكامل شخصيت انسان‌ ها بهره ببرد. پژوهش حاضر در پارادايم كيفي و با روش مصاحبه نيمه سازمان‌يافته انجام گرفت. با هدف آسيب‌ شناسي تمامي اركان نظام آموزش‌ و پرورش در پياده‌سازي مقوله تربيت هنري، هفت عنصر: اهداف، محتوا، مواد آموزشي، راهبردهاي ياددهي-يادگيري، زمان، مكان و ارزشيابي در برنامه درسي در نظر گرفته شد. حوزه‌ هاي آسيب‌پذير به‌صورت مقوله‌ هاي اصلي زير استخراج و دسته‌بندي گرديد: آسيب‌ هاي حوزه اهداف : فقدان رويكرد فلسفي مناسب، مشكلات تدوين اهداف و مشكلات اجراي اهداف. آسيب‌ هاي حوزه محتوا: فقدان رويكرد فلسفي مناسب، مشكلات تدوين محتوا و مشكلات اجراي محتوا. آسيب‌ هاي حوزه روش‌ هاي تدريس: عدم استفاده از روش‌ هاي مختلف و متناسب با محتوا، عدم آموزش معلمان در ارتباط با روش‌ هاي تدريس. آسيب‌ هاي حوزه زمان، مكان و مواد آموزشي: كمبود زمان، مكان و امكانات آموزشي و مشكلات ناشي از نگرش‌ هاي نادرست. آسيب‌ هاي حوزه ارزشيابي: نوع و ماهيت ارزشيابي، نحوه اجراي ارزشيابي. آسيب‌ هاي حوزه معلمان: مشكلات آموزشي معلمان، مشكلات انگيزشي معلمان و تصميمات اداري و مديريتي نادرست در ارتباط با معلمان. آسيب‌ هاي حوزه نگرش والدين، مسئولين و ساختار مديريت: مشكلات ناشي از ناكارآمدي و مديريت غير اثربخش، مشكلات ناشي از نگرش والدين، مشكلات ناشي از رويكرد هاي حاكم نسبت به هنر.

The present study was conducted in a qualitative paradigm using a semi-organized interview method. With the aim of pathology of art education in the education system, seven elements were considered: objectives, content, educational materials, teaching-learning strategies, time, place and evaluation in the curriculum. Vulnerable areas were categorized into main categories: Disadvantages of goals: Lack of proper philosophical approach, problems of goal setting and problems of goal implementation. Disadvantages of content: lack of proper philosophical approach, problems of content editing and problems of content implementation. Disadvantages in the field of teaching methods: Lack of using different methods and appropriate to the content, Lack of teacher training in relation to teaching methods. Injuries in the field of time, place and educational materials: Lack of time, place and educational facilities and problems caused by wrong attitudes. Injuries in the field of evaluation: type and nature of evaluation, how to perform evaluation. Injuries in the field of teachers: teachers 'educational problems, teachers' motivational problems and incorrect administrative and managerial decisions related to teachers. Damages in the field of parents 'attitudes, officials and management structure: problems due to inefficiency and ineffective management, problems due to parents' attitudes, problems due to prevailing approaches to art.
