چكيده فارسي :
هدف: امروزه فراگير شدن صنعت ورزش، به عنوان ابزاري براي توسعه در ابعاد سياسي، اقتصادي، اجتماعي، فرهنگي و غيره مطرح است؛ لذا لزوم تبيين عوامل مؤثر در رشد و توسعه اين ابزار ميتواند در نيل به اهداف و سياستهاي استراتژيك كشورها مؤثر واقع شود. از اين رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر، تحليل پيشرانهاي مؤثر در توسعه صنعت ورزش با استفاده از رهيافت آيندهپژوهي است.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از لحاظ هدف، كاربردي و از نظر ماهيت، بر اساس روش آينده پژوهي، تحليلي و اكتشافي است كه به صورت آميخته (كيفي و كمي) انجام شد. شيوه گردآوري اطلاعات، اسنادي و كتابخانه اي است و اطلاعات مورد نياز توسط مصاحبه هاي عميق نيمه ساختار يافته با 28 نفر از متخصصان و خبرگان واجد شرايط حضور در مصاحبه از سراسر كشور بدست آمد كه شامل 9 پيشران و 68 شاخص اصلي بود. جهت تجزيه و تحليل دادههاي جمع آوري شده از ماتريس 9 در 9، اثرات متقاطع توسط نرمافزار ميك مك استفاده گرديد.
يافته ها: نتايج نشان داد؛ پيشران سياسي و ديپلماسي، پيشران خصوصي سازي و پيشران علمي و آموزشي به عنوان پيشرانهاي تأثيرگذار و تأثيرپذير در آينده نقش مهمي در روابط سيستم دارند. آينده صنعت ورزش ايران به توسعه اين پيشرانها وابسته است و اين موارد، مهمترين و تأثيرگذارترين شاخصها در توسعه صنعت ورزش هستند.
نتيجه گيري: باتوجه به پيشرانهاي شناسايي شده، نياز است تا دست اندركاران صنعت ورزش، موارد آموزشي و ديپلماسي را بيشتر در دستور كار خود قرار دهند.

Purpose: Today, the pervasiveness of the sports industry is considered as a tool
for development in political, economic, social, cultural, etc.; therefore, the need to
explain the factors affecting the growth and development of this tool can be
effective in achieving the goals and strategic policies of countries. Therefore, the
purpose of this study is to analyze the drivers of effective development of the
sports industry using the futuristic approach.
Method: The present research is applied in terms of purpose and nature-based on
futuristic, analytical and exploratory methods that were performed qualitatively;
it is also a method of collecting documentary and library information, and the
required information was obtained through in-depth semi-structured interviews
with 28 qualified experts from all over the country, which included 9 drivers and
68 main indicators. To analyze the collected data, a 9-in-9 matrix cross-effects
matrix was used by Mick Mac software.
Findings: The results showed that political and diplomatic drivers, specialization
drivers and scientific and educational drivers as effective and influential drivers,
will play an important role in system relations in the future. The future of Iran's
sports industry depends on the development of these drivers, and these are the
most important and influential indicators in the development of the sports industry.
Conclusion: According to the identified drivers, there is a need for those involved
in the sports industry to put more education and diplomacy on their agenda.
